   Very disappointing - food was warm not hot - small portions and could not taste the wagu beef in the lasagne. Peppercorns medallions were so peppery it was difficult to eat - had this in London restaurant and was so much better. They did take one lasagne off the bill and bring some more sides as these were extremely small. Would not go back to Chichester branch

   Lovely place to go, staff really good and the overall experience is enjoyable. The food on this occasion was not the best. I had the truffle lasagne and it was a bit dry, lots of pasta which was a little overcooked. it was extremely busy as Easter Saturday so it may have just been this. I would still recommend going though as we have had fantastic meals before.

   We enjoyed our visit. Food was excellent and the staff and service prompt and professional. A very lovely and friendly restaurant. The decor is amazing.

   I dined with friends, and wow it was lovely! Our server Lily (I believe her name was) was outstanding she went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time with you! She had good knowledge of food and the menu! Very refreshing to see someone seem like they enjoy their job. The food was reasonably priced and outstanding! Cannot wait to return

   First time for all 6 of us at this beautiful restaurant. We all absolutely loved it! Great food, great atmosphere and great service. They deserve all their 5 star ratings. The menu is also very extensive with a great range of Italian wines. The mocktails were also excellent. Especially the passion fruit one.

   Food was very good just the vegetables seemed like they had been sitting around for a while. The wine and service was excellent.

    I booked a table for Mothers Day. We were shown to the table and given menus. Thought it odd that there was only a standard menu considering it was MD and there was not a Sunday lunch on the menu, maybe because it was Mother’s Day. The service was shocking My husbands £45.00 bottle of wine was poured and missed the glass. Gin arrived without ice. The first one ordered came with ice as you would expect. Our food order was taken and we were asked about Allergens and we told the waitress about the allergens. Then another waitress came to take drinks order but we’d already ordered with another waitress. We were asked again about allergens even though our order had already been taken. Not a big deal but already been served by at least 3 different waiters. The starters came. My starter Tartare di Tonno was nothing like the photograph in the menu that appeared to have a twirl sticking out of it. My starter came with what resembled a broken Poppadom on the plate. Still, everyone agreed the food had a good flavour. Next the mains. Two of us had Calves Liver that looked like it had been microwaved due to dry splattered gravy around the plate edges. Osso Buco & risotto swimming in liquid. Also looked microwaved. Lasagna looked microwaved. The presentation was appalling. I saw roast dinners coming out. I enquired about the roast and it transpired we had not been given MD menus from the outset or told about Sunday roast. The manager was engrossed with a very loud diner at the next table who seemed intent on letting everyone know he spoke Italian! Extremely invasive and the manager kept sitting with him and hugging his shoulders. I complained about the menu debacle and the service. The manager sent a waitress over to do his dirty work! She said the service was being taken off and offered desert and Limoncello that was declined. So disappointing. Ps what is the untidy opening to what looks like a kitchen for? No cooking going on there! Never again. The Ivy every time for us!
