Excellent evening. Although I was dining alone on a work trip, the food, service and the front of house Team were all brilliant.

I recently visited this Italian restaurant for the second time, hoping to recapture the wonderful experience I had initially. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of expectations. While my first experience was fantastic despite a busy atmosphere, this time the restaurant was nearly empty, yet the service was disappointingly slow and inattentive. The biggest letdown was the food, which lacked the quality and care I had previously enjoyed. It felt as though it was hastily prepared and not up to their usual standards. I hope this feedback helps the restaurant maintain its high standards consistently, as I know they are capable of delivering an excellent dining experience.

Food was not good. Ragu lacked decent seasoning and although meat was tender it had no depth of flavour. Chocolate fondant was a factory made disgrace .. inedible. Server we had was monosyllabic and lacked any charm or interest in their job.

Have dined on many occasions at Piccolinos Birmingham & have never experienced a bad meal. There are good value offers for members of their loyalty scheme. The new refurbished terrace is an excellent space to enjoy dining on the lighter nights of summer.

Items from menu unavailable, had to ask few times for things an waiter forgot it, very loud, unable to hear what anyone was saying. Food was good quality however I wasn’t able to get anything that I wanted so ended up choosing something I wouldn’t pick otherwise

From beginning to the end Irene was a great waitress and made our dining experience 10/10. The food was delicious and would 100% go again.
