Piccola Cucina Osteria - Spring St.
Great place small and cozy food was amazing , if this place is packed they have another one right around the block.
Everything I hoped for: remarkable food, attentive service, and the atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve been invited into a friend’s home for a great meal and a bottle of wine. The servers are extremely knowledgeable and the flavors were delicious. I will be back!
This place is very very small and you literally have no room , I warn you will be sitting practically on someone's lap . We booked for 8.30 and where left standing outside for 30 minutes in the cold . Food was good , not amazing and the service was average . Overall im a little confused by this place .
Wonderful restaurant! This tiny gem produces delicious food!
Great for lunch; daily lunch specials.
A friend of a friend told me about this place and how incredible and authentic the food was there
They weren’t lying!
It’s super tiny and busy inside but so so so worth it!
The lunch special was a steal too!
The lamb ragu and wild boar ragu pastas were “to die for”! And the chocolate cake was small but heavenly!
Excellent....Had the "Gragnano Fusilli with scampi langoustine, burrata, cherry tomatoes and arugola". I do not ever remember having burrata cheese in the sauce before but it was unbelievable, i know it was probably 1 million calories but it was well worth it. I was blown away by the creamy tart flavor of the tomato & cheese. When the dish arrived at the table i thought to myself i could never finish the large portion but that was not a problem in the end. Little snug inside but was able to make new friends.
It is a vrry Italian ambiance, the food is great, but not for a romantic dinner as it is too small and too loud
The name Piccola Cucina is apt. It is a very small but popular space and the wait staff has very little room to move about. Nevertheless, the food was authentic Italian and delicious, but a little pricey for a quick lunch.
Very Nice food
Have your birthday celebration here!!
Great atmosphere, food was a bit too salty.
Small, cosy, fun place. Cramped and noisy, but quite authentic. Good for casual dining.
They will make you a meal you cannot refuse! Have the granma meatballs as a starter.
Amazing food here along with authentic Italian ingredients. The seating area is small but dont let it put you off as its all worthwhile when you taste the incredible food
Wow! This place is delicious and amazing and surpassed any expectations we had! The service is amazing, the food delicious and easy to accomodate for different diets or allergies. We were celebrating a birthday and they played birthday songs while bringing out the cake and made my birthday feel really special. I can’t wait to return!
Loved the place, food was really good as a 1 Michelin star restaurant
Very tight space
The food was very good. It is a little small and tables are very close together.
Best sauce I ever had. True italian
Don't be fooled by the small size of the restaurant. They can and will accommodate you. The food and service are outstanding. Make sure that you make a reservation. We will definitely be back.
Stopped in over lunch. Had the lunch special wild boar pasta and was very tasty although a tad too salty for my taste. Table guests had the lobster pasta, and they also noted their dishes were quite salty. Pasta was quite good otherwise.
Excellent food, terrible service.
Worth the bite, but don’t expect a smile upon the entrance.
Despite having made the reservation (on the restaurant’s website), and arriving there on time, veryone seemed in a hurry to write our orders and close the kitchen.
Delicious food and great atmosphere, I would highly recommend!
The atmosphere, the service, the food, all outstanding. Overall, you'll have the real Italian experience in NY!
Waiter Emmanuel was Fantastic so was Alfio
The food was exceptional
Will be our go to restaurant in NY
Every time I come here it’s amazing couldn’t ask for a better Italian restaurant in the city! DAre I say it’s the best in all of NYC.
Amazing experience in this restaurant. The food is awesome and the service incredible.
People are very friendly and you will have an amazing time for sure !!!!
A decent place to hangout with friends and chill! Amazing and authentic IT food
Wonderfully authentic Sicilian food and atmosphere. It was recommended to me and now I recommend it to anyone that’s looking for great Italian in SoHo. Must need reservations though. Very small dining area.
Ottimo cibo italiano, locale piccolo ma accogliente.
Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Would eat there again
The lobster and octopus is super good.
I came back to this restaurant for New Years after visiting several months back for my birthday. So glad I came. Everything was terrific once again. Beyond my expectations. Incredible service. Thank you!! Can’t wait to come back!
New Years was phenomenal. The service was perfect and everyone was accommodating and attentive. Highly recommend - music was amazing as well.
Best Italian I’ll ever had.
Ojo el lugar es muuuuuy pequeño reserve in advance.
Always a wonderful time here! Food and staff are always on point!
What a NYE! This place is tiny. The food is delicious. The waitstaff is a blast and the entire restaurant (at 7:30pm!) was singing along to the playlist. The waiter assured me that’s not just a NYE thing. I have no idea but it sure was fun. If you are looking to dine in quiet solitude, this isn’t your place. Even with no singing, you will be rubbing elbows (forks??) with your neighbor. But for a fun evening with fabulous Italian food, this is your place.
Excellent restaurant, cadre et atmosphère authentiques. Serveurs hyper sympas avec haut sens du service.
Off the chart food and a true authentic NYC dining experience! Small quaint room that only adds to the ambience and enhanced the entire lunch time experience there. Highly recommend putting this on on the “must go” list
