After recovering from the fact that the physical restaurant was a small storefront, we were seated in a timely fashion and were treated to outstanding Sicilian recipes. The kitchen and wait staff were cordial, friendly and attentive. It was a little dark and a little noisy, but the food was outstanding and would definitely recommend it.
Es un Resto que vamos todos los años cuando estamos en NY porque nos encanta todo. Esta en mi lista de recomendados
Great! Bellissimo, we really enjoyed!
The only Italian restaurant we go to in manhattan!!
Too much noise! Why put the music so loud!
I definitely would return to try more dishes. The octopus was amazing.
The place is quite small and unfortunately the noise could be annoying but the service was definitely well-timed and friendly!
Very tasty and fresh food! The service is attentive and quick and Lunches are quite cheap, very good spot!
It was an average fare. Wouldn’t go back anytime soon.
It’s a small restaurant and space is limited but the food is awesome.
Great food as always but noticed that the staff is not the usual, as result the service was not as I am accustomed to. Hope they improve.
Was with a Sicilian. Food was good. Very cramped room and music too loud. Wine was extremely pricey by the glass (ask about price before ordering).
Great time and food
Food, delicious as always, really fresh product. Good wine menu. The only objection, the table was way too small for two people.
So noisy we couldn’t carry on a conversation. The food and the staff were both great
Disappointing experience especially compared to Piccola Cucina Estiatorio. The appetizer was very Americanized (involtini di pesce spada completely filled with cheese), pasta was very salty.
Tiny place so everyone’s close together but lots of fun nevertheless. Great food, good prices and fantastic service! Loved it!
They know I love this place!!! From Thompson to Prince back to Spring St.
Absolutely awesome in every way. Except is was tight on space. But that is pretty common in NY. It wouldn't stop us from going again or recommending it!
Food - ate the pasta with lobster it was amazing and good amount
Wine - they have good list of wines and diff options
Location - its really small, tables are really close to each other, you can see whats happening in the kitchen, super close to the subway
Music - its fun and loud
Service - very fast and friendly waiters
Outstanding And authentic Italian cuisine. Great value, especially for lunch. Tiny dinning room with fabulous service.
Superb, the food was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to look after us. Will definitely be back...
Excelente ambiente y mejor después de 11 pm
A must try
A must go
A Real Italian place far from Italy
The restaurant is really small, tables are really small as a result. You are seating very close to other guests.
If you like space, this is not the place.
Went with my wife, on our new york vacation, Sunday night.
Service was good and really fast, we asked and received help - and a smile.
We ordered 2 appetizers, one was great the other was ordinary, but not bad.
But the pasta... The wife had the Ragu, I had the lobster pasta.
Both were sooooo great. Definitely in top 5 pastas we ever had, and we ate pasta around the world already.
Bottom line: 5 stars, because 4 is not appropiate after such good pasta. If i could, i would give 4.5.
Place a little small , packed and loud
The service was great and the food excellent
All the pasta dishes are amazing! This is my go-to Sunday pasta spot
Food is great, service is friendly, space is tiny.
Perfecto! Everything was wonderful, as per usual! Love this place!
Great spot. The host realized I had made a reservation at another location but was extremely accommodating and got the reservation switched to the restaurant we had already arrived at. The food was delicious, the service was quick and the people were friendly. Definitely recommend.
The quintessential neighborhood Italian (Sicilian)!!!!!
Quality of food was exceptional and service was spot on.
A little too noisy and cramped.
We had a Thursday evening dinner here. We took the daily special burrata and octopus for starters and that was very good. The main courses were ink pasta and seafood pasta. Both were good, and the accompanying Sicilian white worked well with it. We skipped the desserts. The noise level was very high, but otherwise a very good experience.
Super netter Italiener. Klein aber tolles Ambiente. Tolles Essen. Gute Portionen.
Tiny place so seating is very cozy. Pasta dishes are amazing! Prices are fair and service is very good.
typical Italian inn, with friendly staff and fantastic food and service
Perfect as usual! The go-to place when I miss Italy too much ;) Each dish reminds me of Sicily, thank you guys!
Best pasta in NYC hands down!
Tasty but way too salty
Group of 7 went there for my bday
A very charming & cozy restaurant with great service.
The food was delicious and the ambiance hard to beat!
