Piccola Cucina Estiatorio
Maccaronie norma was fantastic. Special with tuna was very salty and unappetizing. Great service otherwise
Love this place ! The best Italian food in the city!
Everything is amazing! The food, the service, the ambiance, the birthday song! Only thing is that the restaurant is small so it can get pretty warm inside.
Please, take away the TV. You have such a nice place with warm atmosphere, the TV is terrible to look at and it gives a ugly blue light in the room. I understand you want to advertise, but please do it another way, your restaurant is much to nice!!
Best one in NYC!
I prefer the simpler fare at the Spring St version
Excellent food as always, you are never wrong by choosing PC
It’s all about quality and real Italian experience
Was so good! Perfect night! Thanks
Long wait, great service , amazing food!
They celebrated my mother’s 70th birthday 👍🎉
Food was absolutely great. Only negative was the restaurant was CRAMMED with people and incredibly loud. Would be a more pleasant experience if they removed 4 - 6 seats in there - would still be full but wouldn't feel as cramped and you wouldn't need to shout to be heard by the person sitting opposite you
Excellent food and service! Friendly and helpful staff
Went for my son’s birthday and they made us feel so welcome and everything was delicious!! Will be back doon
This restaurant is so authentically Sicilian that you feel like you are in Sicily. The waiters all speak with thick Italian accents and they are very engaging and fun.. The food is consistently delicious especially the Pasta options which are served in the pans in which they are prepared. Such a fun place!
It was my Birthday, it was a great dinner.
Thank you Piccola Cucina Estiatorio for a great birthday celebration. Having just gotten back from Italy, it was great to find a place in NYC that brings us the true essence of the Italian culture. Food is fantastic, service was superb and the overall experience was wonderful!
Great food, a bit crowded and load but the seafood selection was amazing and the squid in pasta is a must
I honestly love this restaurant. The food is always delicious and the staff is sweet.
Excellent experience!!! Would definitely come back toward the excellent service:)
This place is very cramped and in a storefront space., and if you want to have an actual dinner conversation fuhgeddaboutit. It seems fine for a millennial or younger crowd. I found it uncomfortable. The service was quick and very nice, and the food was decent but not earth-shattering. Still seemed pricey for what is was and my pasta seemed overcooked. The glass of Sicilian rose I had was surprisingly good. I took an older friend there. She really could not hear the waiter saying the specials - it was just impossibly loud, plus seating so crammed. My friend took her seafood pasta dish home, and informed she had "issues" after eating it the next day. Yes, it is always risky eating leftovers and especially seafood leftovers, but I mention this anyway as a precaution.
Other thing I didn't realize before making the reservation: the menu is 90% seafood, so if you are with people that want more variety this is also not the place for you.
Great place for casual gathering. Tasty and reasonable. A bit too noisy for formal occasions.
Really really nice authentic Italian meal. Pretty noisy but that’s half the fun. One meal outstandingly better than the other. Wine list very exy. Tight seating but had some great conversation with another diner.
I went on my birthday with family and it was amazing. The food was delicious, service excellent, and ambience spectacular. Would definitely go again!
Friendly servers. It was a bday celebration dinner and they helped us to freeze the cake and cut it!🥳
Considering all the care we took to check out this restaurant after several respected recommendations, we had a disappointing evening. The major factor dampening the experience was the absolute head-banging NOISE of the restaurant--not just noisy, well beyond that. We could not hear the waiter talk to us--shout at us--and we could not hear each other confer about what to drink or eat. That's crazy. In the end, the food was all right, not great--and the experience was one we were happy to walk away from. This might be the perfect spot for large groups of people who love to shout from one end of a long table to the other, or groups who really don't want to talk while they dine. I am sure we are not the first diners to feel this sentiment. We aren't interested in going back to see if it's quieter on another night.
LOVE THIS PLACE, and the vibes. I highly recommend! My favorite Italian restaurant in the city
Great food and service.
This place takes me back to Sicily...the food is creative, delicious and authentic; the pasta and fish are as fresh as it comes; the staff is attentive and really helpful about anything; everyone has a smile and clearly loves what they do. I will be back.
Food superb but the noise was extremelly strong. It de as impossible to talk to my wife during the dinner. But I have to say it is very common in NY this over over over noise.
My favorite restaurant in New York City.
Best Italian Food In Soho
Food was 4 out of 5, (but maybe we didn’t order the best of the best.) I would definitely go back to try again
Everything was amazing, the food was delicious and the service was awesome.
Awesome, authentic Italian cuisine, it’s where the Italians go to eat. The service is awesome.
Great Sicilian food, The best we had since coming back from Sicily. Grazie mille.
The food was amazing and the waiters are the best. The atmosphere here is so warming and you will definitely have a great time at this restaurant, it's a must when you're visiting New York.
