Piccola Cucina Enoteca - Prince St.
Very popular with local residents, business men and families, this restaurant is a little treasure that maintains the radiant spirit and simplicity that are typically italian to produce rich, characteristic dishes that evoke the traditions of Sicily.
Other Piccola Cucina locations:

Piccola Cucina Osteria ( 196 Spring street NY )
Locale giovanile ed accogliente dove poter mangiare un buon piatto di pasta. Camerieri italiani disponibili e simpatici che ti fanno sentire come a casa.
Forse unico neo l'eccessivo rumore nella sala.
The service was exceptional from the moment we entered the restaurant. The servers treated us like family. The food was delicious, as it usually is (this was my third visit). I started with the tuna salad and filled it with the capellini and porcini mushrooms. So smooth and so tasty! I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation.
The food was amazing and the service even more!!!!
Excellent italian food!!!! Great variety. The eggplant caponata and fennel salad were the best I've ever had. Wait staff was great and so friendly. Will return!!!
Excelente good and great service. We ate there twice during our stay in NYC.
I was hoping to eat the risotto when I got there but then I realized it is 3 Piccolas in the neighborhood and I reserved the wrong one. So I ordered the shrimp pasta that was really good and it is a big plate. I was with my parents and their linguini arrived like 10 minutes after my dish, whitch is really wrong and shows a disorganization in the kitchen.
Visited the restaurant on Saturday night with my girlfriend during a quick NY weekend trip - great “date night” place.
To sum it up quickly: Great food, attentive service, and reasonably priced. Can’t ask for more than that.
Highly recommend. We will be back on our next NY trip.
Another fabulous meal!
Bonne cuisine italienne.
Dommage.
It was a very nice evening. We enjoyed the meal. The quantity and the quality of the food was great. Very nice place.
Small and noisy Sicilian restaurant in the Village with $10 pasta, appetizer, and salad lunch specials. Tasty pasta dishes are delivered in large pans. The eggplant parmesan and artichoke appetizers were delicious.
Amazing food and service. Great value and comfortable environment. Our waiter was very attentive and always looking after our needs. Would definitely recommend!!
Amazing food, great people
The food and service was excellent the atmosphere was to dark the place was very small and cramped
Great food and service! The staff made us feel special.
Very italian food!!! Everything is good but orecchiette are wonderful. Staff is very nice, Linda is special. Make a reservation, it’s a good idea!
Chef Karol makes pasta better than anyone I have ever met except maybe my Sicilian mother! Every course was amazing, delicious! The whole team gave wonderful service. I eat here every time I visit NYC. I would go no where else!
The best Sicilian restaurant in Soho ! Food is excellent!
A bit cramped for seating and long waiting times. A surprise we were told only after the meal that their credit card system did not work at this day...but as the really tasty food was not too expensive we managed with our cash
Absolutely fantastic restaurant! The service and food were great in every aspect. The place was very loud, but that was not a secret based on its location and set up. It was well worth the visit!
One of my favorite spots in the city
Amazing meal, small room so was a bit cramped. Service was great, very friendly staff.
Eccellente!!!
Ottimo ristorante italiano a New York. Lo consiglio.
My favorite restaurant in New York. Incredible food and wonderful staff. Also the best place in New York to practice speaking Italian!
Some of the best Italian food I have ever had (I won’t tell my Italian grandmother). We enjoyed two different flatbreads - I especially liked the slight sweetness of the caponata flatbread. Fantastic earthy taste to the cavatelli with porcini mushrooms. My friends loved their ravioli and lasagna. Excellent and attentive service. We were celebrating my 40th Birthday, but did not tell the staff. We witnessed a very enthusiastic celebration with music and singing for someone else’s birthday which was lovely. I cannot wait to go back there. And food of that quality for $10 (lunch special) in NYC is unheard of.
Service was very friendly, food was excellent, all over a great place but it was very noisy!
Very Nice restaurant with excellent service, cozy space and good food.
The food was delicious and we were seated right away. It's a very tiny place, but we knew that going in, and found it to be very quaint. Due to the small quarters, I was a bit concerned about the noise level, but that was not the case; the 4 of us easily conversed the two hours we were there. The staff was extremely friendly and we lucked out with a parking spot right in front of the restaurant. A win-win evening!
Tiny little restaurant with attentive, charming service. Well executed appropriately priced pasta dishes (served in pans!) and ecclectic wines by the glass. It's many good points outweigh the cramped feeling of the dining area. I don't recommend it for claustrophobics, but everyone else should be delighted.
Loud and packed. Meatball was just ok but pasta was really fresh and good!
The restaurant is tiny, but has a lot of character, and the food was delicious! It would be a great place to go for a birthday, as the entire restaurant, including cooks, sing happy birthday!
I have walked past Piccola Cucina Enoteca many times and finally made a reservation. All of our appetizers were outstanding and our main courses good and the pricing is fair as well. Unfortunately it was an unseasonably warm day and the tiny dining room, with its 30 or so patrons, overwhelmed the air conditioner above the door making for a noisy and hot dining experience. Each time the door opened the room immediately cooled by a minimum of 15 degrees. On warmer days, the windows are usually thrown open making the intimate atmosphere more bearable.
Linda was excellent
Delicious Italian food, great service and nice atmosphere.
Love love love Piccola
Cucina. The best pasta in the city and beyond.
I pass this place all the time and was excited to finally eat here. It's truly a tiny place that has a European feel. It was way too hot for pasta, so I opted for the sea bass carpaccio and arancini, while my friend had the caesar salad and calamari. The carpaccio was disappointing, but the arancini was good. My friend said the calamari was very good. I wasn't 'wowed', but I would like to come back on a milder day to try the pasta, which is their specialty.
