   I went for the first time tonight with a friend. Service is extremely slow and not attentive and disinterested. The food was absolutely gross. Salad bar filled with bottom of the barrel bagged product. Lettuce with no other salad fixings. Pasta salad tasted like paper. A pile of cheese, melting under the light. The meats are gross and taste like they’re from meat mill. I ordered a Diet Coke and got a can for 3.25. Fake crab and shrimp meats, and some kind of lemon juice. Two people cost $140 plus tip. Absolute joke. Horrific experience. Do not go.

   I was really excited to try this place, but unfortunately, the experience was a huge disappointment. The service was by far the worst I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It took over 30 minutes just for our server to take our drink order—we sat down at 7:50 PM, and they didn’t come until 8:20 PM. Then, it was another 20 minutes just to get a simple Diet Coke. The servers carrying meat kept passing by our table as if we weren’t even there. They would serve the table next to us and then walk away, ignoring us completely. We had to flag them down multiple times just to get served. And it wasn’t even that busy! The table next to us of the other side of our table was also frustrated and complained about the same issue. This is not my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse—actually, my wife and I visit them regularly—but this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. The meat was consistently overcooked, even though I specifically asked for medium. Every time I requested it, they would insist I take what they had (which was always well done). In the end, I and my wife hardly ate because they never brought anything cooked to my preference. Overall, terrible service and poorly prepared food. I wouldn’t come back or recommend it to anyone.

   The salad bar and appetizers were a mixed bag, some were “ok” while others were simply mediocre Then the meats- With the exception of one cut, the house specialty, which was very good, all the other meats were either overcooked, dried out and or just not tasty. Overall it was a terribly disappointing experience

   The food and taste was not to my liking.Am from the Caribbean so we prepare our foods alot different, i also like my meat medium well and the meat was well done so they were chewy to me and texture slightly hard/tough. Before i left the place i used the bathroom twice it could have been the mixed rice with stuff in it or black beans...i had to stop again before i get to the hotel...Not for me.
