   We were there 6 years ago and the actual owner back then was doing excellent food. We went back expecting same but we were told that is was a different owner and we were disappointed. The food was not the same. They need to change something in the kitchen. The ambiance is excellent since during the parade we had a privilege to get to see the dancers and take pictures. We did enjoy our night and the food need to improve.

   My wife and I dined here on the first night of our vacation in St Maarten. We have been to the Island many times but never dined here. Overall, we had no complaints regarding the quality of the food, it was good. The only issue was that we were served by a new waitress and not only was my main course wrong when it was brought out, but the couple next to us also experienced the same thing. When I received our bill, that was also calculated incorrectly with prices much higher than were stated on the menu. I questioned the error and it was then corrected. Unfortunately, these things happen. The waitress apologized numerous times.... with that said, there are many outstanding restaurants on the island...not so sure we will go back to this one.

   My husband had the pasta with sausage and peppers and he loved it. He said it was amongst the best he has ever had. I had the special triggerfish in citrus and capers and thought it was delicious. Our waiter was a sweet man from France and he took great care of us.

   Great experience at Piazza Pascal! The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. We sat upstairs and it was a nice, intimate dinner while on our vacation. Highly recommend!

   We have eaten at this restaurant for the past 5yrs ! Every time we come for a vacation our favorite place to eat is here ! We were so happy that they were open . We were a party of 6 and everyone’s food was absolutely delicious!!! Our server was awesome! ( sorry I forget his name ) Can’t wait till our next trip back to have dinner there again !!

   The food was excellent! The drink I got was great. The service was great. Especially our waitress. I cannot remember her name but she was from Spain. Very nice restsurant!

    We had a wonderful couples dinner hosted by the enthusiastic and dedicated wait staff. I particularly enjoyed the pork tenderloin with raspberry sauce. We were greeted by the owner, Donna and her husband Pascal who is the chef. Will definitely return when we are back to the island.
