Piazza D’Angelo is a family run Italian trattoria located in the heart of downtown Mill Valley. With a bustling bar scene and a natural light-soaked dining room, Piazza D'Angelo evokes a Southern Italian dining experience with a unique sense of home comfort.

Enjoy a variety of fresh pastas, wood-fired pizzas, antipasti, as well as fresh fish, prime meats and our signature tiramisu.

We offer two patios for al fresco dining, a wood-burning pizza oven, a full service bar, and private dining spaces for your social or business gathering.

                                                                                              our party of 4 enjoyed our time at this restaurant. i come a few times a year. really appreciated the week day special. But 2 of the dishes (pasta with seafood) were under seasoned. First time i've ever noticed that...normally food is stellar.

                                                                                              The food was good and the service seemed good. My complaint is that I asked the waitress if the burrata were buffalo (I’m not great with cow dairy) and she said it was. We returned for lunch the next day because I like to eat where my stomach is okay, when the waiter told all the cheese is cow dairy. This is so irritating to me (and my stomach…) and I cannot recommend a place which does this. A shame.

                                                                                              Our waiter was superb, the food was delicious and the atmosphere in the restaurant lovely. We had a table of four young women next to us having a boisterous good time, but we could still converse without trouble. It's a very good place to eat and socialize.
