Grilled jumbo shrimp wrapped with mozzarella cheese, serrano pepper and proscuitto, topped with lemon cream sauce, served with asparagus parmesan
Tender crusted Calamari topped with a Pepperoncini Pepper Sauce
I enjoyed my meal very much. The service was outstanding, and the ambiance was great. Make sure to dress business casual and check this place out.
Piatto Ristorante is a wonderful, Carabbas-family owned restaurant. We are always well served as well as well fed! We have eaten there twice this week since they have been allowed to re-open.
I love this place! The food is consistently fantastic.
Great experience as always!
Great service, our waiter was no. Invasive to our conversations, yet attentive.
Service great, food enjoyable but not outstanding. Wife had their special salad and found it a little lacking. The eggplant parmigiana was tasty.
Very casual place with good food and excellent service, the tinniest bit over priced though.
Great food and great service! Authentic, personal attention provided to all guests. We are always made to feel welcome.
We went on Valentine’s Day. It was crowded but we were seated relatively quickly. The food was delicious and not too expensive. The portions were a tad small but I would visit again.
Great service and good atmosphere. Management was very attentive.
This experience was awful and ruined valentines day for my lovely valentine. We had an 830 reservation. They must have quadruple booked. At 9 we still had not been seated. It was crowded and the atmosphere was completely ruined with upset patrons whose reservations were also not honored. Horrible horrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!
Amazzzzzing foood! I went on Valentine’s Day and it was such a great experience and will definitely go again
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming hostess who informed us the restaurant was running a few minutes behind on our reservation; which was to be expected on Valentine’s Day. We made our way to the bar and had a glass of wine while we waited. Said hostess came and got us from the bar area a short time later; and I’m so glad we waited. Were seated at our table and immediately greeted by our waiter with water and bread. Our food came with relative quickness and was everything we could have wanted and more. Fresh house made pasta and Italian sausage in the parpadella dish that i ordered and the ravioli dish my date ordered were absolutely delicious. Highly highly recommend
First time here, as I took my GF for Valentines Day. We started with the Calamari Fritti, and that was gone in a flash! For the main course, I had the Chicken Piatto and my GF had the Tuscan Shrimp. Again, all delicious. Will come back in the future ...
Houston traffic was at a stop on 2/14, and it took us 30+ minutes to get down Post Oak from Richmond. We called twice to let Piatto's know we would be late, and they were very accommodating. Once we finally got there - it was a great evening. The service was attentive, food was delicious, and every one seemed to be having a good time. It was a very enjoyable evening, and we will look forward to returning soon.
Great food. We will be back many more times! Enricae is great waiter.
Everything was outstanding. The Trout with Shrimp very good. Veal Piccata. excellent. Escargot also very flavorful. Service very attentive. We will go back, always a great dining experience.
Great service! Food was pretty good. I ordered the Gnocchi and would again.
Our server was very attentive, We were traveling for business, so it was nice to not have to eat at a chain restaurant.
Fantastic restaurant. Had 15 business colleagues and it was a fantastic meal. John the owner visited the table and welcomed us. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience at the restaurant. It was my wife's birthday and she was delighted. The food was wonderful and the gentleman that served us has had my table in the past and he is terrific. Loved the house salad, escargot, fried asparagus and lamb chops. Will be returning soon.
everything was very good - the service, the food and the way it was prepared - all wonderful.
Almost empty when we got there ..waiter was Not attentive. Fettuccini alfredo was VERY salty and ckn parmesan was dried out ..2 basic Italian dishes
Piatto's is one of our favorite places to eat. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food is delicious - always - everything we've tried has been completely satisfying. We find this place a great family restaurant liked by grandparents, and grandkids - and their parents! The asparagus is the first thing we order - and could make a meal just on it with the delicious crab and lemon/butter sauce!
Love band night at Piatto, food is great, band is always good. Always a fun night.
My favorite Italian restaurant in Galleria area. Come back from The Woodlands just to go here. Love their asparagus with crab appetizer and when you order it mixed with the fried calamari, it is out of this world! Add the veal piccata and a dessert like the crime brûlée and you are in Heaven.
Great calamari!! Food and service was excellent!
The food was good. I took friends to dinner; the waiter totally ignored me assuming I was not the one paying for the meal. He was not very attentive to begin with. When he brought the check to the table he placed it in front of the only man at the table. It was awkward for my guests as well as for me to try and reach for it.
Thinking back I obviously should have left a minimal tip. FYI the reservation was in my husband’s name so that there were actually 2 women and only 1 man at the table.
We went on Thanksgiving with a party of three and we all enjoyed our dinner. I had shrimp risotto and the other two people had the turkey dinner. The food was outstanding and the service was good. You cannot go wrong eating at Johnny Carrabba's restaurant.
Great. Great. Great. Food. The best Veggie Risotto with grilled shrimp. The shrimp had the best glaze and the risotto was perfectly cooked and so tasty. Pasta dishes are fantastic too. Very low-key, quite ambiance. Good service too. One of the best for Italian.
Have had business lunch here before and will be back. Nice venue for lunch where you can actually hear each other. The food is very nice, excellent service and and ambiance is inviting.
Whenever we eat there it is always outstanding! My favorite Italian restaurant!
Great fun in a great restaurant !
Terrific service and food. Juan our waiter was friendly and very attentive. The shrimp wrapped in bacon was excellent, the bacon not overpowering and the shrimp tender. The eggplant Parmesean is lightly breaded thus letting you focus on the eggplant. We got chance to chat a bit with the owner, Mr. Carrabba, a very friendly and warm host. This is why Piatto is an excellent restaurant, it starts at the top. To the Carrabbas, keep up the excellent food and service. I hope to return soon.
Great dining experience, Juan, our waiter was quite professional, food was great also.
Piatto is a favorite of ours. The food is always delicious and service great. The owner, Johnny Carrabbla is always present. Most of the time, so is his mother. Love patronizing local restaurants.
Great food and service. Waiter was apparently patient while we talked business before ordering. Loved the salmon special!
Our favorite restaurant! Almost without exception when we go out for a special night on the town, Piatto’s is our chocie for dinner!!
Wine recommendation was excellent as was the food.
