We love visiting Piatto whenever we are in Charlottetown. Everything about the experience is always exceptional and lucky us, we always have left overs the next day.

Food was delicious as usual. Service was great. Will be back again.

The smokie burnt flavour of the crust from the wood fired oven was amazing. The fresh ingredients were fantastic, especially the mozzarella.

Our waitress Nicole was fabulous. We had pizza and wine on the outdoor patio and it was lovely.

Thorougly enjoyed being welcomed by Ryan and served by Nicole and treated by my friend last Thursday. I hope that the gratuity was generous as the welcome, food and service could not have been better. I look forward to my next visit soon, this time with my wife once again. Basil Favaro

We had a wonderful evening our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Explained what we choices we had and took the time explai n them. She had a great smile and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant and had a joyful air. We definitely are coming back and will be recommending your place to all who ask where to eat in Charlottetown. Oh yes, the food was DELICIOUS!!

Great food, great service! Our server, Jen, was very friendly and attentive. Margarita pizza was excellent as was the Carbonara. Fun place, overall!

Pizza was delicious. The espresso is really well done. The day we were there was very few patrons as was late afternoon and bit early for the dinner crowd. Despite this though we still had 3 of the 4 of us served their pizza while the 4th had to wait until we were a fair way into dining before receiving theirs. No explanation was provided other than that it would be a few minutes longer. It was not so bad that we wouldn't consider to go back just found it curious that no one addressed the fact that one person was delayed on their meal which is not ideal.

Unfortunately there was a piece of plastic in our dish of spaghetti but the situation was handled very well by staff. Round of desserts on the house and the meal was taken off the bill.

An absolute must if you're in Charlottetown! The pizzas were incredible (and a normal size) as was the service. We were also treated to live music from Dave. Brilliant. Would go there again (and often).

Delicious authentic Italian food in a casual setting. Marinara pizza was among the best pizza we’ve ever had.

I've never been to this restaurant before. It's really nice inside...much larger than you think from the street. We were in the side room, but the main area looks nicer I think. Food was quite good, although didn't care for the Caesar salad with the oil base dressing rather than a creamy base. Food was delivered very quickly.

This restaurant may have several locations but this particular location is in its infancy stage in terms of service. Started with hostess, all the servers (yes I say that in plural bc throughout our meal we never got water and had to flag down another with the pepper mill). Our opinion of the food may have been impacted bc of the not bad service. Also if you’re thinking this is going to be an upscale pizza place based on the dishes per the menu, don’t be fooled, it’s a pizza joint with updated plastic menus, and outdoor plastic seating.

Lack of "on floor management". Restaurant was quiet at 5.30PM, counted seven young waitstaff standing around and yet it took considerable time for one to attend to us. On floor supervisor /greeter seemed to be of same age and experience level as rest of young staff.
Portions small, wine measure was "frugal" to say the least-prices above average for a "pizza restaurant". Would not return.
