Great food, our server was great. Just a little disappointing we were celebrating a birthday, usually dessert for who is celebrating their birthday is complimentary....

Piatto serves authentic Napolitan pizza in a nice ambience. Pasta dishes also very nice. We are vegetarians and found many interesting options in a well rounded menu.
Definitely recommend Margherita and Marinara pizzas and Aglio Olio pasta. Enhanced the ambience with some Vespa scooters! Nice touch... and great value!

We were a little disappointment about the menu change.
Luckily we were able to order 1 item off the old menu.

Server was excellent, but I was disappointed with the ambiance. Way too bright and thought it would have a more rustic Italian feel. The pizza was good, although I could tell the roasted red peppers were from a jar, all cut exactly the same, not homemade. Dessert menu could be better. There’s actually a Spanish dessert on there too. Don’t underestimate your customers cultural knowledge or intelligence 😉.

4th time visiting this restaurant in the last 3 months. Great $15 lunch special 9inch pizza and soup or salad. Never disappoints.

Chris and the team are always so welcoming and friendly. They always make time to get to know their customers and go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy.

We started with the Caesar salad and Prosciutto mozzarella balls. Their Caesar dressing is house made and a perfect blend of creamy garlic without being too heavy-one of the best Caesar salads in the tri-city area. The mozzarella balls are surrounded by prosciutto and buried in the most delicious home made tomato sauce I’ve ever tasted. That says a lot because I typically avoid tomato sauces as they usually don’t interest me.

Then we had a carne calzone and a dolce e fumoso pizza. This was the first time we ordered a calzone and to say we were shocked at how big it was would be an understatement. We actually laughed out loud because it was impossible to imagine a calzone could be that big. It was delicious and we ended up taking more than half of it home. The pizza was superb. A little drizzle of honey over the crackled prosciutto, cheese and added mushrooms made it a real treat without being too sweet. Half the pizza came home too!

Drinks are reasonably priced and while we couldn’t possibly have another bite, their dessert selections are incredibly tempting. We’ll have to try to find room to try some of them next time we visit.

The food tasted incredible and the staff were amazing - we will definitely be going back. Our server gave recommendations for both appetizers and pizza both of which we tried and they were outstanding.

We enjoyed our meal and service. The Limoncello was a special treat. Thanks we’ll be back again !

We were excited to learn that this St. John’s NL restaurant had opened a location in Cambridge. It is authentically Italian, more specifically Neapolitan (and verified). We started with their meat and cheese tray which was outstanding followed by the Sicilian wood-fired pizza. We finished it off with raspberry sorbet and tiramisu. Our waitress was from Venice and she was one of the best. Even though the patio faced a busy street, the noise was minimal. Overall it was a wonderful and delicious evening. High recommend this restaurant.

The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing... the food has always been top notch. The pizza's all have unique flavours and are so much more enjoyable than the fast food pizza joints most people are familiar with. Highly recommend if you're looking for a more original style of pizza.

The staff were attentive. The food was excellent. The patio is beside the main road so a bit noisy. We will be back.

This was an amazing restaurant to eat at. The food was exceptional and prepared in a timely manner. Chris is an extraordinary host and representative - he checked in repeatedly with my bf and I and made good recommendations with respect to the food. Our server was also extremely social and responsive to our needs. We decided to sit on the patio which had a wonderful ambience.

Great food great service and bright decor.

Upon entry we were warmly greeted. The restaurant had a unique style that I enjoyed very much. The waitress and server were friendly and knowledgeable. Although the waitress boasted about the Caesar Salad, I didn't think it was all that good. The pizza, however, was delicious. We didn't have to wait long for our food. I know restaurants had to raise the prices of the meals recently so I was confused of the overall value. The price seemed rather expensive for a pizza but then I realized that the pizza's are more a gourmet style than a regular pizza. There was a good selection of wines as well.

The manager who greeted and seated us was very kind and welcoming. Our waitress was very friendly and offered great food recommendations. The food was excellent, you can’t go wrong with any of their pizzas. Will definitely be going back for date night- highly recommend!

Friendly and attentive (not overly so) service with great atmosphere. Food was excellent salads fresh and pizza quite authentic Neopolitan. The only improvement would be to not be facing Hespeler Rd as it isn't and ideal location for a patio. Will 100% be back...gluten free options are wonderful

This restaurant has the best pizza around! Excellent.

Pizzas were very good but appetizer really needed more flavor. Tomato sauce on the appetizer tasted like from a can and there just wasn’t enough herbs or other flavors present. Even a bit of salt would probably have made it better but I don’t think it has to be salt. Any other herbs to give it more flavor would have helped.

We had the deep fried Rossotto balls for the appetizer.

This is the second time at this location. Both times the man who greeted us (same man both times) came across as rude and unwelcoming. No manners or ability to speak to his customers kindly. But once we were seated our server was very nice.
