After 10 minutes, we waved down a waitress since no one had even asked us about drinks. She tried hard, but had the order confused. We thought the food was good but not excellent. Not sure we would come back.

The service was amazing, the food was delicious and it was a perfect place to celebrate Father’s Day! We were not rushed and felt at ease here.

Overpriced mediocracy! Piatti has been in decline since the end of the pandemic. This has to be their poorest performance. Din from the kitchen made conversation all but impossible. Prices are incredibly steep for what you get. My partner's Salmon Piccata hadn't the slightest hint of lemon! My Sea Bass was drenched in a tomatoe and green olive sauce that obliterated all flavour of the fish! Service was rushed and disorganised. Generally a mess. Cannot recommend in good conscience. However, if you must go, I'd recommend only a selection of the small starter plates and a glass of wine.

We had a fantastic brunch on the patio at Piatti. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, and the food did not disappoint. Our server was great. Overall, it was a really fun and lovely experience.

We had a large group and they kindly placed us in a large quieter room. We were well served and enjoyed the meal for quality, wait staff experiences and over all time together at this restaurant. I'd recommend it for your larger or small group events.

Our second time there, and the entrees were very good. The olive appetizer could be easily shared - way too many for one person, and extremely HOT in temperature. The calamari, on the other hand, was very tasty but had too little calamari to be shared.

I haven't been to Piatti in awhile and it didn't disappoint on my return visit. Great food. Good service.

Excellent food-always our “go to” at U Village. Many of the seats, though, are impossible for me as one with limitations due to spine. They have a small bar across the top with no back support. Why can’t restaurants give consideration to health-related properties of chairs rather than just appearance? As a pain researcher and academic, these sorts of things do have consequences. On fairness, other chairs at Piatti do have solid backs. The ambient noise@Piatti can sometimes be undesirable. But overall, this is a really nice restaurant with a great atmosphere, good food verging on really excellent for some items. For price, one of us had an excellent salmon dish and the other sea bass that was also excellent. We had a hlass of Chardonnay each, and shared dessert, which was a flourless chocolate torte. It was a bit too sweet. The total prices was around $160. The server whom we had is consistently excellent over the past couple of years. The atmosphere is that of a large bistro. The outdoor section is really fun in warmer weather. I am very happy that Piatti is there.

Really nice to sit outside, service was marginal, food was pretty good but expensive.
