    One of the most pleasant outdoor seating venues in Sacramento. Service was friendly and prompt. We split the mushroom pizza, which had a good flavor but was a bit too oily.

    The food was very good and the service was attentive, but unobtrusive. My dog was provided a water bowl and even a peanut butter treat after dinner. The weather was perfect for outdoor dining.

    As always, a great experience. Our waitress was outstanding. I had a refill of my Arnold Palmer without even asking. The atmosphere was perfect for catching up with my longtime friend.

    Our second visit in a month and it once again, was fabulous! I love the food. They make their own pastas, sauces, breads and desserts and all are fantastic! We have enjoyed the outdoor patio twice now and it is great. They have umbrellas, heaters for cooler days and big brick walls which creates an intimate area. We brought our dog with us this time and they brought him a water bowl. Our server this time was Henry G and he was AMAZING! We are going back again next week with someone who hasn’t dined there before. Lucky us!

    The food was great 😊 but in the end when we received our bill about $30 worth of food was added to our bill which we didn’t order, so that felt shady.

    Piatti has been a go-to for many years. Unfortunately, the last several visits have been disappointing in the food category. Ambience and service are still very good. Personally, I would stay away from ordering entrees at this time. Appetizers and pizza, probably pasta dishes are the least likely to disappoint.

    For my birthday dinner, my husband took me to a wonderful restaurant I haven’t been to since 1991 when I lived in Sacramento for two years. I was so excited to try it again and it didn’t disappoint. It was my favorite restaurant in the 1990’s. We went to Piatti Sacramento in The Pavillions on Fair Oaks Blvd. I wanted a Farm to Fork restaurant and they delivered. Our server, Nemo who is from Serbia, was exceptional and the food FABULOUS! We decided to sit outside under the beautiful lit trees and it was lovely. We will definitely go back. One of the best meals I have had in quite awhile. I was so impressed by all the staff. The hostess was welcoming and changed us from the atrium table we reserved to the outdoor table without any problem. Our server Nemo was FANTASTIC! The food runner/bus staff were very attentive and cleared the vacated tables quietly without any clinking of plates or cutlery which we so appreciated. I also spoke with the chef and complimented him. We recently spent 7 weeks in Europe and had some amazing Italian meals. This was right up there with the all-time best meals of that trip. Thank you Piatti Sacramento.

    This time it was less wonderful than our first visit in May. The noisy and unpleasant music was way too loud. Some cool jazz would have been nice. Food was okay, not spectacular. I had mentioned the occasion was our anniversary when I booked the reservation online, but no recognition was given. This time it was just okay, nothing special as we had hoped.

    Bartender for over seven years, Brandon, suggested we try the meatballs, thank you! So good, and we would not have tried them had he not helped us with some suggestions. It was my husband's birthday, and his first time to Piatti's. He loved his spaghetti with prawns; I loved the shrimp, salmon, cod dish, something like Aqua..again, a suggestion by Brandon. We have a wonderful evening, great food, great drinks, thank you.,

    Our first time to this restaurant. It has been recommended by friends. The homemade pasta and sauce is incredibly rich, and flavorful. The service was spot on, and we never had to wait worry about anything as everyone seem to be thinking one step ahead of us. Lovely restaurant, great ambience and a great place to sit and enjoy a delicious meal with wonderful friends.

    I like the wine service here. Every one of the servers is able to provide an acceptable table side wine service. Food is hot, homey and delicious, but a bit on the high salt. Stability of the menu has its own opponents and critics, but I happen to like the stability and the notion that you can expect certain constants as you walk into the restaurant.

    Very loud. Stereo sound loud. Too much sauce on lemon ravioli. We’ve had that dish before and it was much better. It was drowning in sauce at this visit. Service excellent. Atmosphere excellent. Very expensive. What was the 3% courtesy fee for? Why not just raise food prices by 3% which seems more transparent. Or explain what the fee is for. How come we had to pay extra for bread? Since everything is so expensive, the bread should be free. It’s not even any kind of special bread, just boring sourdough, four miniature slices, not worth the price. The soup was good. For the two of us, with tip, our cost was $122 out the door. Definitely not worth it. This restaurant used to be a regular dining place for us. I don’t plan to come back. As a vegan, I had difficulty finding anything on the menu that met my dietary requirements.

    Great food, as always! Great service from Eric at the bar (we had dinner at the bar)! Probably the only restaurant that allows you to customize the menu without complaint or charge. One of our favorites we will be back!

    this Piatti is ALWAYS excellent. they have a very customer oriented team, long term servers who remember you and even what you like to order, the facility is nice, especially the patio dining, and the food is great

    My husband and I decided to check out this place after hearing about it for some time. I was excited but was disappointed. My husband ordered the corn pizza and it wasn’t bad. I ordered the gnocchi and unfortunately it was under seasoned, overcooked and the pieces were way too big (gnocchi is typically smaller). I didn’t finish my meal and the server never asked if I enjoyed the food or not. Also the pricing of the food does not match the quality. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

    I had the pork chop with polenta and it was excellent. The chop as tender, juicy, cooked perfectly and paired nicely with the peach glaze and creamy polenta. We also had the salmon, which was very good served with the succotash. Our server was attentive and patient, didn’t try to rush us. Very enjoyable dinner.
