   Wow. We're from Cincinnati but were in the area for 5 days, trying different restaurants, and this was our favorite! I'm also a huge Chicken Picatta guy and the Chicken Picatta was the best I've ever had. The bread, tomato caprese, and Choc flourless torte were also delicious. We'll be back.

   My Mother-In-Law took my husband and I out to lunch to celebrate his birthday over the weekend. I really appreciated that the Matrade read the notes section in my Open Table reservation. He printed a Happy Birthday with his name at the top of the menus and presented a dessert with candle at the end! The food was well presented on the plate and delicious, service attentive.

   We have loved piatti for several special occasions and also just dining out . Last night was our 50th wedding anniversary. I made the reservation many months ago . Saying it was a very special day. We arrived, were seated in the closest table to the entrance , ridiculously busy and noisy, our waiter finally came to the table after 30 min. Many seated after had been waited on. Ordered drinks, waited 15 min to get them . Took our salad/dinner orders. Forty min later was served . Sub par at best . May need to find a new favorite destination.

   It's an excellent place to eat with friends. The drinks were fantastic, and the food was delicious! The service was exceptional, as well as the ambiance. They have an outdoor patio in the back with a fountain. It's a bit quieter back on the patio.

   Waitstaff was very pleasant and helpful. Food well prepared and delivered with a cadence that allowed for table conversation.

    I highly recommend that you enjoy a meal elsewhere…. Not here! Two of the pasta dishes were served cold, third dish was lukewarm….one pasta dish had 4 postage size raviolis for $21.00! We were outrageously charged $9 for a basket of bread and also $12 or 4% of bill was tacked on as a service charge. The waitress showed no enthusiasm at all in taking our orders. It appeared to myself and to my party of two that she wished to be elsewhere….not serving tables. The decline in the quality of the food and the service is a major disappointment to me. Sadly, I will not return, nor suggest Piattis to any of my friends in the future.  This used to be one of my very favorite places to eat.
