I had very high expectations for Piano Piano but was a bit disappointed by the experience overall. Food was tasty but very rich. I had the lunch special which was good value for a nice sit down lunch Downtown. Pretty good, not blown away.

Food and service was exceptional. Our server Shiloh went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made our experience so much better.

Excellent, every time! Food, staff, atmosphere! It is an older location (like many restaurants in Toronto) so there is no accessible bathroom. Just a heads up for anyone with mobility issues.

Amazing experience at this European style atmosphere. Sit down stairs and Jackson was a wonderful server as well as the rest of the team. Food was over amazing and we had a great true italian experience on Toronto. Jeremy

Loved the experience overall, I visit many Piano Piano locations, it’s a favourite. I had to incur a $50 charge on my card to make the reservation at the Colborne location, which I understand but didn’t love. Will I be refunded or charge reversed to me? It don’t appear as a credit on my bill. Where will I see this chargeback? Thanks, Lia
