This was a really good restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere, great service and excellent choice of food at a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend and I will definitely be back!

We booked a table on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was really busy. There was a fantastic ambience and the singer was brilliant and very interactive. The pizza was delicious (pepperoni & goat cheese) and the food was great, portions were good and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The only downside was, we waited a long time to order and get our food. However it was busy and the wait staff were friendly so it didn’t spoil our evening. I would definitely go back!

We recently visited this Italian restaurant and while the food was absolutely lovely, the service left much to be desired. To start with, when we ordered our drinks, my husband asked for a Coke. The waiter initially looked like he was going to write our order down but then seemed to get a bit cocky and insisted on remembering it instead. Unsurprisingly, he got it wrong and brought out a pint of beer instead. The food, once it arrived, was really delicious – no complaints there. However, the starters took a very long time to come out, so we were quite hungry by the time they finally arrived. My steak was cooked perfectly, but there was some confusion over the sauce. The waiter told us that the sauce comes as a “side” and is an extra charge – which was fine – but we found it a bit odd as you’d usually expect at least one sauce to be included with a steak dish. We also asked for chips with Parmesan, which the waiter insisted they didn’t offer – we had to actually point it out on the menu to show it was listed, which felt a little awkward. Thankfully, the experience was redeemed somewhat when a lovely waitress came over later. She took the time to talk to us, was warm and welcoming, spoke kindly to us about our baby, and even wished my husband a Happy Father’s Day. Her kindness really stood out and helped turn things around a bit. In summary: the food and atmosphere were great, but the service (at least initially) really missed the mark. A bit more attention and professionalism would make a big difference.

I have used this restaurant on many occasions and again give it top marks. The welcoming, table, food and service was excellent as usual.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food arrived very quickly and we were not waiting long between courses, of which were brilliant.
