Piadina Bar is an Italian restaurant with a specialty that is right in the name, the piadina. For those that don't know, a piadina is an Italian dish that consists of a traditional flatbread that is then folded and stuffed with ingredients much like a calzone. These ingredients usually include Italian staples like mozzarella di bufala, prosciutto and parmigiana reggiano. The preparation of Piadina's signature items make them great for quick lunch or to even take on the go. Piadinas aren't the only thing on the menu, though. Diners will also find crescionis with delicious recipes like the cotto e tartufo with praga ham, lack truffle, stracchino friulano and lettuce or a sweet version with Nutella.
