ホールスタッフの大半が海外の方で、それ自体は問題ないのですが1番大事なお料理の説明がきゅうりと聞こえたものがキウイだったり、要所要所書き間違えるようや説明が多かったです。お会計のカードを持って行ってから20分以上待たされたり5つ星ホテルのレストランのサービスとは思えず、残念でした。

東京駅の端っこに位置していて、何気ないオフィスビルに隠れるようなエントランスを入ると・・・中国テイストのゴージャスさが押し寄せて来る不思議なホテル and レストラン。メインがパスタで6000円越えのランチコースなので、お値打ちカテゴリーに該当しないけれど、LUX系ホテルでノンビリ、時間を気にせずお話ししながら時間を過ごす条件であればお薦めできます。若いスタッフは、爽やかで機転が利いたサービスをしてくれるので、嫌なストレスも無し。料理は・・・・コスト制約の中でも何とか頑張ってバラエティと満腹感を目指してます。

お客様の香水の匂いでお料理の香りが全く楽しめなかった。プラス従業員のワキガの匂いで台無し。料理の説明もいまいち分かっていない様子なのでこちらに伝わらない。味見をしているのかわからないが全般的に無味。

雰囲気とサービスは流石です。料理自体は及第点。コスパはランチなら納得です。ランチは一つのコースのみしか選べません。アラカルトでも注文できると尚良しです。

クリスマスLUNCHしたのですが、料理のお値段以上のハーフ!!ボトルワインをサーブされたのにはビックリ! これでは歌舞伎町のボッタクリバーとさして違いありません。もちろんそれなりになるのは分かった上でのことです。確認しなかった私の責任ですね。それがなかったら評価もっと上がったと思います。因みにイタリアンは２度目の訪問でした。上のなだ万鉄板焼は先月頂きましたが、満足度高かったしサーブして下さった方も臨機応変で素敵だったので、さすがシャングリ・ラと思っていただけに、余計に残念でした。きっと入れ替え制でない普段余裕のあるときに行くべきレストランだと思います。勉強になりました。

オープン当初一度食事しましたが、その時のほうが良かった。１，料理の量が料金に関係なく少ない。２，スタッフにもっと笑顔が欲しい。

美味しいお料理とスタッフの方々のお心遣いにより、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。非日常を感じることが出来る場所でした。
