PHX Beer Co. - Central Phoenix
Traditional seating as well as beautiful community tables and a courtyard enclosed patio provide a unique modern setting.
Great location with good views inside and out on the patio. Nice wait staff and great food to include the buffalo wings and the Korean chicken fried chicken! Awesome selection of in-house brewed beers too.
Great beer and very good food. Service was good too.
The food was great and the service was even better. The beer was delicious. We will be back when we are in Phoenix next.
Excellent food, great service, and some seriously good beer. I especially liked the Sunset Sour beer, it was amazing. The grilled romaine salad with smoked chicken is also definitely worth going back for again!
Server was fine but beer menu extremely limited beyond IPA’s. For a Saturday night, though early, seemed kinda blah
Great place for food or drinks but too noisy inside to talk well with friends. Will only come back when weather is conducive to sitting outside
Good food, great service and a fun night. Pizzas were really yummy.
Excellent location, food , beer & cocktails . Perfect for a birthday celebration.
Serivce and food was lacking. Had multiple servers who were extremely slow. Had to ask multiple people to get help with shirts. First one gave an excuse that they were new and the other one was less than helpful to find one. Surely not what was expected from start to finish. Disappointed!
Delicious food and great value. Standouts include the steak with kale salad, black bean burger (great waffle fries), and King George Amber wings. Lots of tasty beers on tap too. Service consistently on point and friendly. Noise level not back at all especially considering the neighborhood pub style layout.
Great beers; great pizza; nice laid back atmosphere.
Everything was good. Although, if you close at 9:30, don’t have an open table availability at that time. We would not have gone knowing that you are closing at that time.
Would have rated food higher if it hadn't all been way too salty. Tone salt down and let customers salt their meal if they feel the need
Food was good. Service was bad. We went for restaurant week and for the price point not really worth it. However, they're happy hour and brunch look really good so I'm willing to give it a second shot.
We enjoyed our dinner at Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen. My husband actually knew George Hancock when Phoenix Ale was just a small operation with a food truck! Wow! It has come a long way! Very impressive!
We ate on the patio to avoid the noise & it was lovely! Food & drinks were great, as was the Service!
Just wish they had more beer selections!
The food is great and the atmosphere is perfect. We were greeted by the staff as soon as we walked in and the service was amazing.
Casual and friendly atmosphere. Great variety of food and beverages.
The beer is okay. Not great but okay. Went for Mother’s Day brunch and other than a drink special, it was the plain brunch menu. I thought they might go out of their way to do something a little more special for moms. Oh well.
Excellent food, service, and management. This is like your neighborhood restaurant. They remember you when you come back and they treat you like family.
Great service and delicious food. Great happy hour, too.
Food quality good, but service is very slow. We had reservations for 6 and they saved only 1 table (seating 4) for us. It took approximately 45 minutes to receive our meals after we ordered.
Great happy hour beer pricing,
Burger fries hoppy hour is $12.00. Not so much hoppy there.
First time here, and entertained out of town friends. It was easy to converse, the food was great, and the waiter was attentive.
The flank steak with Mash potatoes and Kale was tasty and a good value at $16.00. But the service was no particularly good. When we asked for a table outside, a person told us that he wasn’t sure if a table outside was available and he would check. But the guy never got back to us. After waiting for some time a waitress led us over to a booth outside. Once we were seated the service was rather slow.
Great beer super salad friendly service!
Yummy food, and yummy beers. Nice options for the kids and plenty to pick from for the grownups. We went on the early side and the volume was fine, but as the place filled up so did the noise.
Good food and service. Hard to find. The address for the property does not have a storefront.
One of my new favorite places for beer & food! Brought my nearly 2 year old daughter and she loved the outdoor court yard! Good service & great beer! 🍺 Will visit again soon! Oh it was my birthday too so made the day even more epic!!!
Good food, good happy hour. But, the noise level is just too much. Still trying to figure out why bars and restaurants need to have music playing at full blast when its noisy enough just with people talking and laughing.
Hard to find but worth the effort. Service was excellent, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Food was a nice surprise. I had a 10 inch veggie pizza and it was very good and plentiful. My husband had the steak salad that he enjoyed very much. Will return next time I'm in the area.
Valentines Day — dinner was terrific.
Overall it was a great experience. Our waitress was a little frazzled. It took a bit to get a straw and my glass was empty a few times. The staff was all very friendly and the food was so good!! We will definitely be going back
It was my first time going to Phoenix Ale Brewery. It was a cute restaurant for date night. The food was great, my husband loved the beer and the wings were awesome. This is a place we'll be coming back to.
Beer was good. Food and service were terrible. Took a long time for food to come out after ordering. Burgers were over cooked, dried out, and burnt on the outside. Staff dropped off food and never came back to table to ask how things were tasting.
Great experience! Chris our waiter was enthusiastic and helpful. The mashed pizza was amazing. I would definitely recommend eating here. Bummed they were out of the watermelon beer though.
A group of us from work were looking for a good place for happy hour and got a recommendation for this place. It was not busy at all as we got there at 4:30pm. The service was great and the food was really good.
Cheese and pretzel fondue was good but the pretzels were more like mini ciabattas. The salad was also delicious and fresh, and the waffle fries were tasty. They also have some good happy hour deals. On the downside, the wings were just okay and the chicken tenders were good, but only if you like a strong pepper taste (the breading contained a lot of black pepper). The Mac and cheese was decent, but could have been a little more cheesy and also has a kick to it because of the green chilis so do not order if you're not a fan of spice! Service was decent- they refilled drinks most of the time and was not slow to bring out food. Was not very busy on a Sunday early evening so was generally quiet.
Surprisingly nice, low key party atmosphere hidden on a city side street behind a small strip mall. Pub food above average and the craft brews were excellent. Didn't know it was there, a very nice find for us.
Great food and great atmosphere. The service was slow at times, we found ourselves looking for our server more often than not. Aside from that everything else was great. Highly recommend the pretzel bites, wings, pizza, and bison burger. Also if you like trivia, check them out on a Wednesday night!
