We made reservations ahead of time and were seated right away. Love that they allow you to have happy hour at our table. We were lucky enough to be attended to by Camilo and his team of 2 bus men, all very professional. I ordered a mommy drink which they fixed happily to my taste buds, East coast oysters, edamame hummus and bao buns. Continued our feast with the Miami spice menu. The appetizers kept coming and each one was great. Unfortunately I could not eat another bite for dinner but my family continued and loved every bite. The dessert was good if you like Tiramisu, which I do not but that did not change my mind, great service thanks to Camilo, delicious food in an eclectic restaurant. A
Everything was great! Immediately when we got there the vibe was awesome and they had a live DJ. The lightening and decorations were great too. The service and food was amazing! I have to try Phuc Yea now for Brunch. 100% Recommend!
I love this place.Great food great service. Good music.
All suggestions and portions are very satisfying
The food is excellent and the service is great. Friendly staff
I would not give them one star if I could. The hostess sit us at our table. We were a party of three, celebrating our 18yr old son birthday. The area we sat at had four different tables with their party's least than four people at each table. It was a Friday night not too busy. Once we sat at our table someone poured our water for us. There was four servers that came around our area asking the tables around us how is everything, and not one of them greet us or asked us have we been serve after seating there for 15 minute, than another 15 minute pass nothing happened. We wave at a server, he didn't acknowledged us, even though he saw us. So we decided to leave, when we were leaving the water server asked us why we leaving, we told him no server came to our table and we waited for 30 minute. Phuc Yea restaurant had a difficult time serving black skin people on Friday September 17th, 2021. I was so disappointed because it was our first time trying this place and we were celebrating a birthday. My hispanic coworker refer this restaurant and on Monday i will tell her this place bat zero and she need to try the other restaurant I went to. So we walk to Moshi Moshi Restaurant and the service was great and the food was great.
Haven’t been to Phuc Yea in a while and it was as good as the last time.
The food was amazing! Camilo was excellent! Try different dishes and have fun with your choices.
Long time fan who managed to be impressed by this restaurant. Food is amazing but the service put it over the top.
My friend who lives in New York and has been a fan of this restaurant for many years came to town for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. She is obsessed with the biscuits, so we made a brunch reservation on Sunday. Because of our late time-slot, she was nervous that they would run out. So I specified in the notes that we needed to have her favorite treat reserved for her, hoping that the message would get to the management.
What happened next was nothing short of amazing, a testament to the level of attention to Service that this restaurant pays its patrons. From the host upon arrival, we were assured that the kitchen had gotten the message. Then we were fortunate to be seated in John’s section. Let’s just say that by the end of our meal, we were on cloud 9. One of the best servers I have had in a while. He is attentive and personable and all around pleasant human being who turned a great meal into a great experience.
I always recommend Phuc Yea because I love the food so much but now, I can add amazing service to my recommendations.
Everything was great. Looking forward to coming back
So I’ve been here before and everything was amazing so I made a reservation for a date night with my gf at 8:30 and they close the restaurant at 9 on Open Table it says that you’re given a 15mns grace period I got there at 8:37 and i wasn’t able to eat because apparently the. Kitchen was close when. I got there I spoke to a. Guy at the front desk very unprofessional when I asked for the. manager he said she was busy and went on to engage in a conversation with someone else and I told him to at least go let her know that there’s people in the front waiting for her he told me to. go upstairs and find her myself ( I’m not sure what that’s about but I’ve worked in the restaurant/hospitality industry for a long time and he. Was just very oblivious and unprofessional) so my gf went up there and was talking to the manager she was very nice and offered us to sit down and she’ll have the kitchen cook us something but they didn’t have what we wanted because apparently they close on Mondays so they’re short on a lot of stuff Sunday night which is understandable but. It’s just communication and I was told that kitchen closes at 8:30 so why let me book a reservation at the same time the kitchen close I understand I was 7mns late but this restaurant is supposedly offering a 15mns grace. Period and even if I got there on time at 8:30. It’s not like I was going. Order as soon as I sat down and rush everything overall the staff is just unprofessional and the restaurant needs better communication with the. guests and also it says that I dined in I didn’t whoever is in charge of checking in guest just checked me in before I even got there when I got there. I didn’t give anyone my name mhmmm very unprofessional
We booked a reservation for 8:30, we walked in at 8:25 and they said they were closed. Nothing more than that. We said we had a reservation and that didn’t matter. Would not recommend.
The ambiance and the place is like you are traveling into an exotic destination far away from Miami. The drinks were fabulous- the food is not as great - but then again we are spoiled having eaten fro years in Hy Vong Vietnamese restaurant- after that there is really nothing as flavorful or tasty! This was really disappointing but eatable
I came here for a girls night on a Saturday and had a nice time. The service was great and the food was good. I love the decor and the music was AMAZING! Very fun, I could not stop dancing in my seat. I will say it was a bit too busy for my taste, which is to be expected as it was a weekend night.
Wait staff without masks. Reaching into plate where we were actively eating to remove something that had fallen into the dish with no gloves. Responding to a request for more soda with a snarky “we don’t do free refills”. If I’m spending $300 for two people, why would I care about paying for a soda? This place looked like a ghost house and still the wait staff has an attitude particularly the heavier set female “manager”. We used to love this place and a couple of newer menu items are good but the daft service makes it a poor experience.
I reserved a table for a birthday celebration and everything went super well and easy, the staff was super friendly and helpful. As they knew we were celebrating they were kind enough to offer us a complimentary treat as a gift! It was my first time and the food was amazing!
Great service and great food!!
Wonderful experience- great value
Food is good!! Had been there before and loved it but this time the me h was reduced and did not have the plates i had ordered before! Otherwise good food!
The food was delicious but the service was so poor that I cannot imaging going back again. Not a good use of my money or time.
Food was Delicious and great atmosphere! Yummy cocktails too!
Phuc Yeah is an amazing date spot! It’s hard to go wrong here. Beautiful restaurant, (sit in the mural room on the right). The food is amazing and the service is both friendly and knowledgeable (Camilo is a great waiter).
Their signature drinks are awesome, The Lychee martini was her favorite and mine was the Manhattan- Lucky Cheng.
Must try the following- PY Noodles, Pork Bao, green papaya salad (ask for extra fish sauce) and of course the smoked short rib. Dessert is all about the homemade croissant, coconut and chocolate bread pudding. My date is Italian and a chef and she loved the entire meal. It is not cheap but so worth it! Hope you like it as much as we did.
Delicious. Unfortunately, I have
The food was AMAZING. Loved the cajun fried rice and the pho!
Everything was beyond expectations. Pho soup AMAZING! perfect size for 2-3 people. Jonathan was the best server ever! Great energy and recommendations.
Every bite was absolutely amazing! You have to try the short rib, mussels, and pork bao buns! This exceeded my expectations!
I am a foodie and was excited to experience this restaurant after my graduation. They accommodated our request of changing our reservation from 9 to 9:30 so thank you for that. We weren’t made aware that the food was family servings so we ended up ordering A LOT of food and wasting it. The food tasted amazing! Especially the wings. The waitresses and waiters were pleasant and very friendly. The manager however was very rude. Her attitude changed our eating experience and caused us to not even want to continue eating. We sent food back because it was way too much and the food didn’t come out all at one time. We ended up eating and forgetting we even ordered other foods. The manager just wasn’t pleasant and had a nasty attitude. I’m open to dining here again but hopefully she won’t be there or maybe have a much better attitude towards me if we crossed paths.
Great food and friendly staff. Just expensive for what it is. Adding fusion to the name doubles the price vs regular vietnamese. Don't get me wrong, tasted great.
The bathroom belonged in a petrol station, not a restaurant.
Our original table outdoors was overrun (swarmed) by ants. And managements’s response was “that’s what you get when you live in Florida”.
She claimed they were full and no other tables were available. She definitely takes the restaurant’s name seriously.
Well, I live in Florida and dine in Florida and have never had that experience before. After we insisted, another table was suddenly found. And they never seated another party at the original location
Thank God, the food was delicious and our server delightfully attentive. Saved our evening.
Ani always takes good care of her loyal customers. Food exceeds expectations. Great atmosphere.
Our waiter was great! And made some great drink recommendations! Definitely order the chicken wings!! They were so good we ordered another serving!
ALWAYS a great time. Never disappoints!
Food and drinks were delicious. Will definitely be back!
I've been wanting to come here for a few months now and I'm so glad I did. The food was superb, we had the short rib pho- amazing! The atmosphere was fantastic, hip, trendy and casual. Our server, Camilo, was great. Overall just a great experience. We'll be back!
Took my husband here for his birthday and we both absolutely loved it. The food, drinks and service was amazing!
Fantastic meal, portions were generous and the flavors had good balance.
My husband and I were pleased with our first dining experience here. I love the interior decors, with main dining hall and rooms feeling like someone's home in Southeast Asia. The ordered the Imperial Spring Rolls which was flavorful but could be crispier. The Caramel Chicken Wings, as I am a chicken wings fan, were uniquely flavored and finger licking sticky! The signature PY Garlic Fresh Egg Noodles was nicely al dente, nice enough flavor but a bit too dry. The Veggie Fried Rice was a generous portion. For these small menu dishes, the portions are definitely good for sharing for up to 2-4 persons as tasting dishes to wet one's appetite. We shall return.
Too expensive for what it is. Food is simply not good. For anyone who really appreciates good food, this is definitely not the place to go. Nothing is well executed and everything is expensive. Hostess is rude and the "mandatory 20%" makes it even worse. They even charge for tap water. Big failure attempting to mix Vietnamese with Cajun. Go for more traditional Vietnamese at Tran An instead a few blocks away, you will find better value. Also try other Cajun style fusion like Cajun Boil, their combos are amazing. Will never return nor recommend Phucyea to anyone.
Love this place. Food is amazing even late night dinning.
