Staff and food was amazing!! We ordered brunch. My wife got the shrimp and grits and I ordered their friend toast. Amazingggg!!! We all order a mimosa bottle. It came with fresh juice and I love it. Wish I could just order the juice lol. But over super pleased and will definitely come again.
Celebrated my 3rd year anniversary.
The food was wonderful and the environment was outstanding in our server was so nice and inviting I will definitely coming back
I requested outdoor seating a d at the time of our reservation we were told outdoor seating wasn’t available. Kinda bummed out but the only thing I really enjoyed that we ordered was the tuna tataki. Everything else was just okay. I think going on a weekend would be a better vibe.
The menu was limited and we were rushed to pick food because they had an event. We were really excited to come, but the limitation was disappointing. The place was beautiful
The food is amazing. It looks very unassuming from the outside, but the food is the best.
The food was great and they followed all the COVID safety guidelines. Their Pho is amazing and it is served as family style: it is plenty for 2 people. Their drinks were also very interesting and delicious. Had a great experience overall!
Amazing!!! Will definitely be returning.
This was our second time dining at Phuc Yea. The first time we loved it so much that we invited friends to experience it with us a second time. This time though, the dishes were so spicy, and there was so much cilantro! I love cilantro and spicy food, but when you put a whole bushel of cilantro on the dish, along with a spicy level that is extreme, it becomes very overpowering and you cannot enjoy the dish. The croissant bread budding was still amazing! Given the high price of the dishes for the small servings, and that the food was not enjoyable, I probably won’t be going back.
If you sit on the front porch its loud and bright from the street lights.
Phuc yeah? Phuc you! We came with our little kids to celebrate Chinese New Year and they put on a 10 minute show which was meh. Toward the end of the night, the drunk low-lives at the next table started screaming at us to put masks on. No one was even near them, what is this world coming to that little kids and a pregnant woman get cursed out at a restaurant! “Clientele” (drunken idiots) at this place and neighborhood is dodgy, turn your diamond into your palm. If use of the foulest language at us in front of our 5 year old kids was not enough, the manager asked us to leave instead of them.
They blasted 90s music from giant speakers while you’re trying to eat. Why? Phuc yeah? Phuc no!
I wanted to try this place because of all the beautiful pictures on Open Table and was horrified with the entire experience. The only positive thing was that the servers accommodated the vegetarian people with substitution of meat.
Save yourself a trip and don’t go there!!! There are plenty of amazing restaurants in Miami and this one if by far the worst I have ever had to experience!
I wanted to tell you that you were THE ABSOLUTE BEST DINING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MIAMI IN 8 YEARS THAT I'VE LIVED HERE! I came here alone on Lunar New Year last night and the 4 course menu was ON FIRE!!! Your food is unbelievably amazing! The cocktails are luscious! The staff is sooo awesome, friendly, and there is diversity! I love that!!! The owner/manager woman in the kimono is gorgeous and so sweet! The ambiance is beautiful! My recommendation is to replace the metal stools with chairs with backs, and to purchase jasmine tea. YOU GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE! I will definitely 1000% come back!!🥰
I don’t understand why they would let me book a reservation for 9:45 if the waitress was going to tell us that we need to hurry up and order because the kitchen was going to close at 10, I didn’t want my food to be rushed so we left. It completely took the enthusiasm of us eating there for the first time.
Amazing! Great food, amazing portions and I loved the music so much I almost asked for a playlist. I went yesterday and am about to make another reservation for tonight.
Totally amazing experience’
Phuc Yea is a must! The food has massive amounts of flavor, the ambiance is soothing, hip, and you can still hear yourself, servers are awesome! I can't wait to go again!
The food is amazing and the ambiance and decor was so creative and beautiful.
Excellent food !!! Bread pudding was amazing !
The food was excellent. Very cute date spot. Service was not good though. Took over an hour for our food to come out. The waitress only stopped by our table 3 times in the hour and a half we were there. We waited forever for a drink refill and then she never stopped by after someone else dropped our food so we could ask for some items we wanted while eating. Finally had to flag her down to get a check.
Simply the best! Every time we dine at Phuc Yea it never disappoints; the food, the service and friendly greeting from one of the owners. If you are in the mood for outstanding Vietnamese fusion, PHUC Yea is your place.
We love Phuc Yea and have been at least four times in the last few months. Unfortunately the last two times we have been, we have had the same server and our service has not been great. Over a two hour dinner, she only came to our table to take our order and maybe once more. We had to ask the food runners for things and just felt like we had to constantly chase our server down to get attention. We had the same experience the time before which is disappointing. It's unfortunate cause the food is awesome and we love it there but if gratuity is included at 20% we would hope for exceptional service always.
We still go back and love recommending this place to family and friends. Just hope that management can fix the service issue before the next time we go.
Excellent blend of Vietnamese and Cajun food! Love the creativity of the food and cocktails! Everything we had was delicious!
Amazing food, great drinks and music! Can’t wait to go back!
Place is beautiful but too expensive, not worth it
Takes way to long to be served!!!
Good place but bit overpriced. Watch out, they charge more that what is written in the menu. Had to send 2 times the tab back for them to correct it.
The vibe was awesome. I do think think the food pricing is a bit much considering I can get pho for less than $20. The waitress barely came to our table.
Enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food. The mixed Cajun fried rice, duck confit and octopus were all great. Definitely would go back. Renata was friendly and attentive
Very socially distanced seating!! Appreciated!!
Overpriced. Cool setting. Good music. Service meh for the prices.
I enjoyed my dines at Phuc Yea in the past, but unfortunately my NYE experience was not good. The first issue was our table. It was not a real table but one of those tiny high top bar tables with backless metal stools. Not what we expected for a $65 per person dining experience. By the end of the evening it was super uncomfortable to sit on those metals stools and we couldn’t wait to leave. We asked if there was anywhere else we could sit but were given an immediate no.
Onto the food, let’s start with the positive: the noodles and chocolate mousse cake were good. Other than that, it was all terrible. The most concerning was the fish main course, which tasted so off we were a little concerned it may have gone bad. Luckily neither of us became ill, but we didn’t eat much of it because the quality was so bad.
At times it felt like they forgot about our table, with long gaps in between dishes. There was a set menu and some of the appetizers were brought after the entrees. We had to ask about 3 times for the noodles, which they forgot to give us. We noticed other tables (with larger parties that came in after us) being served dishes ahead of us. It seemed that because we were only a party of two, they didn’t feel we were worth good/timely service. At least that’s the sense we got. Our waiter was super nice/friendly and apologetic about the situation, revealing they were very understaffed for the night, with only 1 bartender and 2 chefs.
Ringing in the mew year at Phuc Yea was a phenomenal experience! Amazing food, awesome dj, and the ambience was the perfect way to bring in 2021!
NYE dinner was wonderful!! Cool ambiance, stellar service, absolutely phenomenal collection of courses. Enjoyed every second I was at Phuc Yea and enjoyed every single bite!
Went for NYE-amazing food, great atmosphere, wonderful service!
I had the best time... food was awesome, service was excellent... can't wait to go back for Brunch...
Excellent food. Pricey, but very good.
Always a stellar choice, Phuc Yeah has delicious and inventive dishes, incredible ambiance and consistently warm and friendly service.
Always good to come back. Food is always great
LOVED this spot! Fun vibe, great food. Drinks great too!
