• Chả giò chay hoặc mặn ~ Egg rolls

  Deep fried egg roll with taro root, carrot, onion, garlic, black mushroom, and eggs. Choose between minced pork served with mixed herb fish sauce or minced tofu served with vegetarian soy sauce.

• Bò lá lốt ~ Grilled la-lot beef roll

  Beef roll wrapped in la-lot leaves served with mixed herb and fresh pineapple anchovy sauce.

• Cơm cháy thịt nướng hoặc tofu ~ Imperial crispy rice

  Crispy white rice cake topped with green onion. Choose between grilled pork slices served with mixed herb fish sauce or Lemongrass tofu served with vegetarian soy sauce.

All rice noodle soups are served with fresh bean sprouts, lime, Asian chili, and basil. Extra noodles, meat, soup, or meatballs are $1 each.

Canh – Soup

  Chayote, carrot, shiitake mushroom, and fried tofu in vegetarian broth topped with green onion.

• Canh chua Zen ~ Tamarind sour soup

  Fresh pineapple, bean sprouts, fresh tomato, and bac ha in seafood-tamarind broth topped with ngo-om, and Vietnamese basil. Choice of catfish filet, shelled prawns, scallops, or combination.

• Hủ tiếu chay ~ Vegetarian noodles

  Vermicelli rice or egg noodle with faux-prawns and fried tofu in vegetarian broth served with fresh bean sprouts and basil. Also available dry style.

• Bún riêu ~ Shrimp patty noodles

  Vermicelli rice noodle in Sai Gon style tomato broth with house shrimp patty and fresh tomato served with fresh bean sprouts, shredded morning glory, and banana blossoms.

• Bún bò Huế ~ Hue spicy noodles

  Large round rice noodle in spicy broth with beef and pork slices, shrimp patty, and house meatball slices served with fresh bean sprouts, shredded morning glory, and banana blossoms.

• Gỏi đu đủ ~ Green papaya

  Shredded green papaya, steamed prawns, freshly pickled jicama, carrot, roasted peanuts, and fresh herbs served with soy sauce.

• Gỏi gà ~ Chicken salad

  Shredded cabage, carrot, and fresh herbs, pickled onion, roasted peanuts topped with skinless/boneless chicken in house dressing served with ginger sauce.

• Gỏi bò ~ Beef salad
