   Slightly slower service that the norm, but to be expected on opening night, and being very busy. The staff were great, friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was excellent. The cocktails were superb, and worth going for alone!

   We loved the new Pho in Tunbridge Wells. The service was very good and food was excellent. We will be back!

   We went on day 3 of the soft opening, so the restaurant was still bedding in & got 50% discount. Decor, ambience, friendliness of service, quality of food was great. Very much enjoyed it and will return, good addition to Tunbridge Wells

   It was Pho's soft launch in Tunbridge Wells so you do expect a few things to go wrong. A couple of things they could improve - offer water for the table, especially on a hot day, which they didn't. Second, they got my order wrong - they delivered prawn crackers, which I hadn't ordered - but didn't produce the starter I had ordered. I had to remind them, and then they were delivered after the main dish. The meal was on promotion - 50% off food - so I did pay for the prawn crackers. On a normal day however, I would have refused. It was their mistake and they also delivered the starter late. If I hadn't asked it wouldn't have been delivered at all. They apologised, but on a full price menu I would have expected a discount. They also didn't acknowledge the fact that the prawn crackers hadn't been ordered and just presented that as part of the bill. I had to mention that to them. When they were delivered I assumed they were complimentary, and as it was their error they should have been. Next, the food. The prawn crackers were nice. Lots of them. But nothing special. Very similar to a chinese takeaway style cracker. The main - I had wok fried noodles with veggies, tofu and mushrooms - was delicious. Absolutely loved it. The starter - summer rolls - the rice paper wrapper was far too thick, and chewy/gelantinous. I've never had summer rolls like these. I couldn't eat the wrapping so had to empty the filling out. The filling was fine - but cabbage a bit too thick, not enough coriander. So very disappointing, not very refined. This was what I had been really looking forward to the most and it didn't deliver. Overall, it was OK. Would I made a special effort to go again. Probably not. I'd probably just get a takeaway and certainly wouldn't have the summer rolls again!

   We visited for the soft launch and were really impressed. We've been to several other branches in the chain and our experience at Tunbridge Wells was just as good as we've had elsewhere, especially given it was their opening weekend. Josh, our server, was great and the team of supervisors that were delivering on-the-day training were brilliant. Food delicious as ever!

   We attended the ‘soft’ opening - staff very attentive, explaining the dishes as we have not experienced before. Food excellent. Will definitely be back!
