Pho Nottingham is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Phở, (pronounced fuh) is the Vietnamese national dish; an aromatic & delicious rice noodle soup served with a side plate of fresh herbs to add as you please. The addition of these herbs, & the sauces you see on the table, are an essential part of eating phở & add another dimension to the dish, tailoring it to your own personal tastes. Our broths are made in each restaurant by slowly simmering bones for a good 12 hours & it's this authentic preparation that is key to phở retaining all its goodness & developing its own distinctive tastes & aromas. We think it's the best noodle soup in the world!

First time at Pho. Quiet at the time of our visit (5pm on a Tuesday), so service was quick. I had a beef combo soup which came with a slightly garbled description of how to flavour it with the various bits on the side plate, but it made for an “interesting” dining experience. On the whole the food was good and the staff were very friendly. However, on receipt of the bill my dining companion spotted an added 12.5% service charge, which I felt was a bit steep and required having a conversation with the waiter. I thought the standard and/or accepted amount was 10%, but he said that Pho had always applied an extra 12.5% charge. It wasn’t hidden on the bill, but I’m not sure I would’ve spotted it myself. The waiter did adjust the amount, but it unfortunately put the smallest of dampeners on my first time here. Not sure I’ll revisit, but I would recommend to others, but with a clear warning re: the service charge.

Went for lunch and it was very quiet, which I prefer. Staff were very welcoming and the menu was simple. The food... was gorgeous. No small portions here and I was surprised by the large amount of meat in the dish. The baby squid was perfect with an amazing dip that my mouth both loved and was confused by. Can't wait to go again

Fab food at reasonable prices. Our waiter was lovely as well. Unfortunately we waited a very long time for our food, in particular one of the two mains but we were given a discount to reflect that. No sure what the problem was however hasn't put me off going again or recommending it to my friends.

My first time and second time visiting for my wife. I was very impressed and enjoy our meal at Pho. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and happy to help, brilliant service all-round! We had the pork spring roll and chicken wings to start (both amazing!) and we both had the multi-meat pho which again was very nice, very good portion and very happy with the whole meal. We would definitely like to visit again and I have recommended Pho to some friends and work colleagues. Thank you again!
