Found in Manchester's beautiful and historic Corn Exchange, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too. They also have an accessible kids’ menu where children can get a meal and a drink for £5.50

    Really poor service. I had booked a table however this wasn't checked and we were quickly seated in a corner outside of the restaurant. We weren't asked about allergies. It took 20 minutes until we managed to flash down a waiter to take our order for drinks. The starters arrived reasonably promptly, however we still hadn't got our drinks at that point and I had to ask for them again. The main meal (both of which were cold salads) then took 40 minutes to arrive. Overall the service was incredibly poor. We were given no choice where to sit in an almost empty restaurant, being seated outside of the restaurant in an overly noisy environment.

    Superb food, superb service. Especially enjoyed the healthy feel to the dishes, not overly salted. House pho was excellent.

    First time here and loved the food will definitely return, we had an issue with service - ordered drinks and food, waited a very long time and no drinks. The waitress did chase up the drinks for us but the drinks and food all arrived at the same time after a very long wait. We asked for some extra sauce and we had finished our meal by the time the sauce came. Poor service but will try again,

    We had lovely cocktails outside before the meal, then shared 3starters, the pancake was delicious. I had a classic curry which was full of fresh vegetables and really tasty. The gluten range was vast (everything was gluten free apart from spring rolls) which meant almost the whole menu was available to choose from. Highly recommended.

    Nice restaurant but communication needs work. I emailed ahead of booking as I had a voucher for spring rolls which I asked to swap to summer rolls due to a guest having a gluten allergy. I was told this was fine. I also put on the booking the allergy and the fact that I had a blue light card. On arrival I informed the server again that we had a blue light card and a voucher for spring rolls that we were told could be swapped for summer rolls. Server needed to go talk to other staff to see if this was allowed. They asked us to explain why and it was eventually sorted. So email obviously hadn't been relayed to staff. We did eant to order desserts but after 30 mins of trying to get someones attention i followed a member of staff and just asked for the bill. On receiving the bill there was issues with the swap where they stated we had to be charged for the summer rolls and the spring rolls but they stated they had to comp one to then put the voucher in. This hadn't been done the first time and I was still charged. Second time it was sorted but we were then told we couldn't have the blue light discount. Despite this not being on the terms and conditions of the voucher. I did contact pho previous to this review and was offered 20 percent off visiting Manchester pho. But I already get 20 percent off with my blue light (when they accept it) so was really offering nothing. Shame really as I love the Liverpool pho and often visit. Won't be returning to the Manchester pho.

    We love Pho and eat there quite regularly. Food is always delicious and they are always happy to cook the food without some of the things in the menu. Most of the menu is GF which is also great.

    The food this time was great especially the pho chicken the broth can be too salty sometimes but it was the right balance.
