Found in the middle of the Bold Street, Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too. This has been our second visit. Once again had an amazing experience. Great atmosphere, food was amazing,fresh and full of flavour and imagination. Our hosts were friendly, informative and obviously had a passion for food. In particular Rory stood out for us. Excellent warm nature and very welcoming. Top experience throughout.

We had previously had a good experience here hence our decision to return but unfortunately this time they were understaffed and had run out of the cauliflower rice option and were not prepared to offer any alternatives; there was a long delay between starters and the main course and on arrival one of the main courses was cold….it was a disappointing experience and I suspect the planning for a bank holiday Mondayday with a lot happening in Liverpool (football celebratory parade and radio 1 music festival) was sub-optimal.

Amazing food, lovely atmosphere and staff. Waitress I had was so lovely, very attentive. Really accommodating with dog too, asked if she needed water which was nice. Love it here would recommend 10/10.

Great experience I am a coeliac and so lots of gluten free. Staff were lovely took my Dad and he also really enjoyed it.

No greeting at door, very slow to seat. Had to ask for order to be taken. Slow to bring drinks and food. Food was moderate but tasty.
