Pho Castle street is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK.

Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too.

If you’re unable to dine-in, you can click & collect your order, or find us on Deliveroo. We look forward to welcoming you!

Fabulous tasty food. Great staff and service. Made a real fuss of our dog with chicken and dog ice cream. Made us feel really welcome! Been before and the food has always been excellent. 1 million percent recommend

The staff were so friendly . They explained every dish and how we should eat it. The atmosphere was great. Starters spring rolls amazing . Rice dish and my husband had the spicy dish they explained to us, we both felt did not have much flavour .

Food was very authentic and tasty. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Would definitely return and recommend to others .

My husband had a curry for his main which was delicious however I had the Pho special bowl which I thought was bland. Both the broth and the meat/fish lacked any seasoning and the broth had no depth of flavor. The starters were tasty.

First time visit and will definitely be back. We had Crispy spring rolls* | Chả giò whcih were lovely and Summer rolls | Gỏi cuốn which were fab. I've never had the later before. Tastes were all fresh and delicious We had Chicken Wok fried noodles : phở xào for our main The staff were lovely and the prices were reasonable A new favourite when in Liverpool for sure

At the beginning everything was all good with ordering drinks and food. We waited one hour for our main course after asking several times have we been forgotten. When the meal came out 2 out of three came and both being very cold. When the third meal came being a soup noodle dish you would expect this to be piping hot and this was very cool. We sent everything back and left paying only for drinks. The attitude of the guy dealing with it was disgraceful and even admitted to not being bothered. Safe to say we will not go there again
