   Having been to pho hundreds of times at this point, yesterday was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The manager on duty was very condescending and rude! I will not be returning for a while.

   Super food as always. Some of our group hadn't visited Pho before and were really impressed with choice and flavour of the dishes. We were a group of 14 and the staff made it seem like no additional effort to host a large group although I'm sure it is harder.

   Great flavoursome food. Lots of interesting drink choices especially non alcoholic ones. Service and staff were excellent. Made sure everything was ok and helpful when asked about dishes. Great atmosphere.

   Pho is my go to restaurant in Leicester. The food is always on point. If you have food allergies/intolerances you can eat with ease. The staff are always lovely, and the waitress we had during this visit was exceptional, she was so friendly & attentive.

   The table was ready and set for us, starters came out really quickly- delicious as always. Mains were flavourful and warm, clearly freshly made. Loved the experience overall!!

   Staff not interested when I cut my leg on broken toilet seat, no apology or anthing. She didn't even respond.. Then, our waiting staff spent most of time chatting to each other rather than attending to clients could never get his attention he was always deep in conversation and then forgetting to bring our drinks until we reminded him after a long wait. We been here many times and this was worst service. However the food is always outstanding
