    The food was great and up to par with the quality of what we’ve been served before. However, service was lacklustre and we felt as though we’d been forgotten about at many points. We had an inordinately long wait time to be brought over menus and then for our orders to be taken. Food followed in good time and plates were cleaned away quickly. After a moderate wait we were asked if we wanted to see dessert menus. We said yes and had another long wait before these were brought over. We’d checked the menu online in the meantime and ordered. After about a 10-minute wait we were informed the dish wasn’t available. Disappointed at feeling a bit forgotten about and will likely think twice before dining here again, which is a shame as the food is great and the way gluten intolerance is catered for is top notch.

    Food fantastic but service very slow. Waited 35 minutes from sitting down for our starter to arrive. The kitchen is obviously doing so many take out meals.

    If you have allergies I am celiac. I felt safe watched staff wash hands before touching my plates after touching others . It's a good send

    Fantastic as ever. Sadly we don't have one in Aberdeen therefore visit Pho whenever we are out of town visiting another city. Well worth a vist!!!

    Had a lovely meal here, they were short of a chef so let us know which dishes would be quick and which would take a while Very friendly team but a little slow at offering refills for drinks Service charge was explained and an offer to take it off Bill Great food
