Pho Brighton is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options.

We specialise in phở, the Vietnamese noodle soup and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles, and fresh salads too. Our starters such as summer rolls and spring rolls are perfect for sharing with friends and family. We also offer an entirely gluten free dessert menu with dishes like Pandan waffles, condensed milk ice cream and a Vietnamese affogato.

Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular dietary restrictions. We are also accredited by Coeliac UK.

Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too.

We love Pho! The food is outstanding and the service is efficient without being smothering. Just one word of warning - the menu doesn’t show you the heat level of dishes so I would check on this with staff before ordering.

Compliments to the chefs as food fantastic as usual. Unfortunately, the waiting staff and manager were awful. Manager's long hair dirty and scruffy. After booking online and asking for a booth online due to a bad back, when we arrived, as it was quiet told could sit anywhere. If it was busy I wouldn't have got a booth. After we sat down it took a while for menu to be delivered and shortly after we were asked if ready to order. We said we'd like to order drinks first. Fortunately, we both ordered a large beer because nobody checked in and asked if anymore drinks needed the whole hour 45 minutes we were there. When food was delivered practically shoved the food onto the table in a manner that made half the sauce spill into the food. Took ages to try get attention to pay. Eventually got their attention and when bill delivered it had added see I e charge. Took ages to come take payment so I got up to pay. I told the manager I'm not willing to pay service. Harvey as ser ice very poor as nobody checked on us and not offered anymore drinks. To my surprise he stated "I asked if everything was okay and if you needed anything when I. Learned your plates". My response of course was that was a little too late. You should be doing that whilst I'm dining it finished and ready to pay. Felt very let down as whenever we visit Brighton we go there.

Having not eaten with pho before I was more than pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. From the friendly and understanding staff who took on board the our groups needs, to the expertly prepped fresh and flavoursome food, portion sizes were much bigger than anticipated! We visited on a Saturday night the over ambience was buzzing and nothing seemed too much for the hard working crew. Will definately be making a return visit

One of the fastest services I’ve ever seen. We attend Pho Brighton semi-regularly and are aware how the service takes a little longer when it’s at its busiest - but during this last time we visited, the staff and kitchen really outdid themselves in terms of speed.

We were a large table on a Saturday night. We were looked after really well and given plenty of time to spend there. Good was really good.

Really good lunch. Only drawback the prawns were missing from my prawn salad. Quickly remedied when asked if I had the wrong main course

This was our second visit. We came back again because we loved it the first time. This time though the steak broth was really oily, the steak texture not good, and the beef brisket broth's beef was tasteless but I loved the broth so just had that. The brisket broth has the most amazing flavour! However, my daughter had the king prawn broth and although she enjoyed it, had to rush home soon after and had a very,very upset stomach.
