Pho Bluewater is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options.

We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family.

Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK.

Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too.

I took my daughter to Pho as we had both been looking forward to its opening since hearing about it coming to Bluewater. The food was so nice and the service was brilliant. Definitely can not wait to go again

Seriously good food - lovely flavours. The service was good - there was a slight wait with the food, but the server came to explain and apologised. It's a new restaurant so clearly the team in the kitchen are getting used to working today. Very professional, but above all, and most importantly, it was worth the wait. Seriously lovely food!

We had an excellent experience, food was tastey and fresh, we have never been to pho before but seeing it being amazing for coeliacs we thought let’s do it. We come in the part of the soft launch and the staff was super attentive! We look forward to coming back again!

All of this was on an Open Day soft launch so staff were still being trained. The music inside the venue was at an ok level but the karaoke outside in the mall speakers was louder. Too loud but not Pho's fault. The waiters were keen but didn't clear the dishes before delivering the main course. But as it was a soft launch I'm sure they're getting better. I found some of the food a little bland, especially my summer rolls. The veggies inside had no seasoning. The only tase came from the dips provided. That was surprising because I expected Vietnamese food to be full of flavour. When Pho also offer Banh Mi, I will visit more often.

Booked this as part of the soft launch. We had a waiter (Kalim) and a waitress (Autumn). Whilst we were ordering we asked Kalim for a recommendation for the spring rolls and he recommended the pork spring rolls - we were not disappointed but i’ll come to the food in a bit. Kalim insisted that Autumn take the lead in taking our order (as I think she was being trained) and she was great in making sure she covered all the options. She was friendly and made us feel really excited to be there. Both Kalim and Autumn could not have done a better job between them - it felt like such a personal experience that for most of the time we were there we didn’t even realise there were people eating around us. The pork spring rolls were delicious! I ordered the chicken spicy green noodle soup and it was lovely! So much flavour. My 4 year old daughter liked mine too (I didn’t add any more chilli’s as I knew she would want to try it). My husband ordered the pho house special noodle soup and although not quite as good as the spicy green it was still lovely. My daughter got the kids noodles which she enjoyed although preferred our dishes rather than her own - and then she just got too full up as she ate too much! We then ordered the chicken and dried shrimp wok fried rice with a fried egg. This was spicy which I didn’t think was needed tbh but the flavour was nice and the egg was the best part of that dish. We also got the seafood pancake rolls which were nice enough but they didn’t compare to the pork spring rolls. We did wait a little while for these too which wasn’t a problem but Kalim apologised and insisted that we didn’t pay for those. My daughter also had some chocolate ice cream which was thick and creamy- I really wanted to try the other flavours but I just couldn’t fit anymore food in! Overall we were really impressed with both the food and service at Pho Bluewater and will definitely be returning. Well done to Kalim and Autumn for making our visit so memorable. Thank you!
