Server took almost an hour to get our food and then when he finally got our order he gave it to the wrong table . Food was very cold and people who were seated after us got served first .
Love the chicken Satay!
Seriously, this place never disappoints. The only thing that upsets me about PC is that I can't go every night. I have my favorites... and stick to them.. why? there are so many other amazing things to try. I need intervention or my own personal table.. Probably both.
Not crazy about the music and it was too loud.
The server could have been better. Couldn’t tell us much about the food on the menu when we were asking questions. But the food was AMAZING definitely going back !
There wasn’t anything extraordinary about the food or the restaurant! I felt like my bf and I just went out for Chinese food and paid more than triple the price.
Nonetheless, service was good and we got to check the restaurant off of our list.
Loved it !!! Second time there and it never disappoints.
Always a pleasure dining here. Food is always on point and service is always great !!!
Always a fabulous time!
Food was delicious! Service was great!
I had a great time..it was Valentine’s Day..looking forward to coming back
All the food came out at once. Had to send dinner back as it came out with appetizers. Then it came back like warm.
Other than that the food was awesome and the atmosphere including lighting was excellent
Very nice place but very expensive for what it is. Had nicer Chinese food for more than half the price
The food is mediocre and overpriced. I’ve had better food at local Asian cuisine.
Good food, a nice variety of choices. It was quiet when we came in for an early dinner then got quite busy. Fun place to go, and a lot of people seemed to know about it when I mentioned I was there.
Service by Florin was exemplary!
Food was excellent.
Space very nice.
The food speaks for itself honestly ! Best Chinese food everrrr. First came here on a date and Ive Been there at least once a month since !
Celebrating my friend birthday and it was awesome ....,
Without a doubt, the food was delicious. There was a mixup in the reservation, which they rectified, and the waiter seemed a little distracted. But overall it was a great experience and would definitely go back.
Dinner was amazing! The food is so fresh and tasty. We will be back!
Uptown location is small, cramped and tables too close together. It’s very loud in the restaurant, felt like I had to shout so my friends can hear me.
Hostess, manager and staff were all very friendly and the food is delicious.
I believe this location is overrated. Didn’t like the music they were initially playing in there did not match the decor was a soundtrack I would hear at tgif or Applebee’s. If this restaurant wasn’t “known” or if it had not been restaurant week with a pre fixe priced menu I would hve found the prices to be absurd to what they really offer. The lo mein was great. The soy sauce given with the dumplings appetizer and was not good I’ve had better at my local Chinese restaurant in queens. I would not go back maybe the downtown location is better oh and the special prawn had a bad fishy smell and taste like if that shrimp sat for one more day it would be for garbage needed to be cleaned and lemon for the smell
Really noisy. Food was good and the portions were large but the desserts were terrible. They never asked if we wanted coffee or tea with dessert. Overall not the experience we expected from such an expensive restaurant in that location.
The food was absolutely amazing !!! Great ambiance and service!!! Highly recommended!!
Service and food were outstanding! I went during restaurant week and menu selection was very good, which is not always the case at some restaurants.
GREAT AS USUAL!!! E.J.
Was very loud. Felt like they wanted to be a club so bad but ultimately decided on a restaurant. Food was solid, nothing spectacular. They spilled sauce all over my clothes when taking our plates. If it wasn’t restaurant week menu I would not come back.
We have dined here before and really enjoyed the food and ambience of the restaurant. This time we went for restaurant week and our waiter was so rude. He was rushed and aggressive. Not helpful at all. When my husband went to pay the bill the server felt the need to tell us that tip was definitely not included in the price. That’s a obvious to us and wasn’t necessary to point out before we even swiped to pay the bill. It’s embarrassing and rude. The food is fantastic and worth every penny but that service is unacceptable. My recommendation is to train the staff on how to speak to customers of all different races. Just because you are there to eat a discounted meal doesn’t mean you can’t afford the cost. The last time we dined there it was regularly priced and we weren’t treated like that!
Food was not hot when food came out and waiter was rude and not welcoming. Definitely don’t plan on returning to this establishment
The drinks were overpriced and tasted terrible. You'll get a better value of your money going to a legit Chinese restaurant.
The service was horrible. We noticed that the people that didn’t order the Resturant week menu got all their food before we did.
Wonderful food during Restaurant Week. Delicious. Chicken Satay is very good.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The main dining area was very busy and offered us seating in the wine cellar. Best place is the whole restaurant!!!! It’s very intimate. The food was AMAZING like always.
Overall, the experience and food were great. The only drawback was that although we made reservations, we still had to wait 25 minutes to get seated.
Wonderful experience during Chinese New Year. The food was outstanding! The crispy beef and king pao chicken were delicious and a must try. The only downside was that the hostesses forgot our reservation and left us at the bar longer than we anticipated. We made the most of it and the food made up for the poor front of the house service.
The food lacked flavor and all of our entries were brought out at different times. We were sadly disappointed with our experience.
We went for Chinese New Year. So much fun. We'll definitely go back next year- as well as before the holiday
Great dinner ! Service was so attentive and professional! My shrimp skewers were yummy , chocolate dessert was also really good .
My bff lychee martini was really tasty ( as I remembered 7 years ago )
First visit was excellent but this time food was not as tasty and noise level was unbearable. First, music volume was turned up too high after fifteen minutes and then drum for Chinese New Year was loud enough to fill a stadium. Liked the lions but went on too long. Prices for a glass of wine are ridiculously high - most over $20. No plans to return.
