Went to the Mother’s Day Brunch and overall it was not a great experience. Kudos to the Chef since the food was excellent, however the service was poor. The staff was not ready for the opening at 11am. Then we were greeted by a waitstaff member who had no training. Didn’t know where to seat us, didn’t give her name or take drink orders. I understand buffets are less service than ordering off the menu, but didn’t even offer to bring water, coffee, etc said we could go get it in the lobby. Didn’t clear plates, etc Also, this has never happened to me at any hotel or restaurant. Super awkward. After we were seated I was asked to go to the lobby and pay for everyone in our party before we ate. Payment should be collected online in advance if that’s the policy or after everyone has finished their meal. Again, there is very basic waitstaff training missing. It was embarrassing. Also having some house music would be nice. We were in the ballroom and it alternated between silence and a couple tables of kids screaming. Fortunately again the food was excellent. And the staff did make the Mom’s feel special at the end by handing each of them a bouquet of flowers which was a nice touch. But for over $400 for 5 people at Brunch you would expect a basic level of service and it was lacking.

Loved my experience we went for my husbands birthday! The lunch was delicious. For an appetizer we had a flatbread bbq chicken and drinks were also great. Yanni was a wonderful waiter and bartender she seated us immediately. We had a great lunch to kick off his birthday and Chef Ryan prepared a delicious dessert to celebrate !

The food was delicious, and it was a great presentation, but Yanni was incredible—she made all the difference in our experience. She was attentive and proactive, going out of her way to make the experience special. We will be back and bring friends!

If visiting March-April take advantage of the Fish Friday's as part of Lent. Great portions with the fish, hushpuppies and two sides. The service was outstanding from our server Kim. Food arrived fast and was hot and with good taste. Plenty of seating and free parking.

My wife and I had an excellent experience on February 15, 2025. The Ribeye was cooked to perfection , had a nice char taste. The dessert, Chocolate Volcano was absolutely decadent with a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream. Our waitress Kim was very attentive and helped to make our evening. We certainly plan to return in the future.

We had a great experience as our family went for the thanksgiving buffet. Plenty of delicious food and a great variety, something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and made our visit so enjoyable. The only thing we had to adjust was our reservation time. The buffet was listed as 11-5 but Open Table gave us a 5pm reservation and confirmed it. I read some reviews about others arriving previously and finding the restaurant was closed at their reservation time. So I called the restaurant directly and found they did want the last seating to arrive by 430 so they could close at 5. They immediately accommodated us and asked if we could come by 430 they would take care of us. It was lovely.

We stayed at the resort for a couple of nights. We had dinner and Sunday brunch. The food was excellent, and the service was very friendly. My only suggestion for improvement would be that there was no table service available for breakfast/brunch on Saturday. It would have been great if there had been.

Great view of pool & lake … quiet and natural setting. Brunch menu was good and service was wonderful. Perfect brunch venue after church on Sunday. House Reps and Senator enjoyed our time together.
