   We booked an outdoor reservation, but were sat indoors. After we asked for our our table we were told there were none but they would move us when one became available, but never did. Also when asked for a happy hour cocktail we were charged full price. Not worth the hype.

   This is a very nice space for a rooftop - great views , both indoors and outdoor spaces available. It can be a bit confusing to get to the space - it's in the Dream Hotel , but technically has a separate entrance further west on the street , where the receptionist was standing. You can then take an elevator to the top floor for the PHD terrace , a security guard kind of assists this process, but no one explained that the actual staffed bar was then another flight of stairs up from where you get off the elevator. This is confusing because the floor you arrive on also has a bar and indoor and outdoor space and is branded PHD terrace as well , but was unattended the night I went. I literally sat at the bar for 10 min while a bunch of other confused folks came in and milled around trying to find a worker. Finally my guest somehow correctly got to the occupied floor and called me.

   It was good. Make sure you clarify what drinks are on the happy hour menu.

   Our service was atrocious, we felt forgotten about. Our food never came, it was sent to the wrong table. After they delivered another table’s order to us, the food was cold like it had been sitting out for far too long. They also forgot our drinks. We saw people around us get up and leave after waiting nearly 30 mins to simply get menus and water, and I wish we had done the same.

   Everything was perfect, the spot… I actually didn’t expect it, it was so cute for the occasion. Drinks were nice and food so delicious. The waitresses were so kind and nice with us.

   Took a trip to NYC and planned to visit PHD. It was well worth it. Great happy hour deals, food and drink. I will definitely go again!

   i was really excited to come here for my birthday but we left after 30 minutes. we were sat right by the exit and it was very dark, cold and had weird vibes. played loud club music and cringy remixes but i expected it to be classy loungey vibes based on ig pictures. it looked way better on instagram. ordered $12 parmesan fries and it was very obvious that they were mcdonald’s fries with a little cheese on top. i will say the drinks were pretty good and the service was decent too. dear irving across the street was way better

   Vibes, food and drinks was amazing however service could be better! Had to flag my waiter down each time! & no water was offered! No phone charger or docks. Views were amazing as well as the DJ (music)

    Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t even open after traveling an hour for our reservation that was never cancelled. Really poor customer service when we arrived all we got was a simple “we have no reservations on our end”
