Made a reservation for my birthday for a group of 11 women. They sent an email confirming I would have seating for everyone since everyone would be in heels. I was very happy and thought this was amazing service. Showed up for my appointment to seating for 4 and two stools on side and everyone else would be standing. We were also seated in the middle of the floor. I showed the hostess who said she had no idea who the person was that I received the email from and also that she was just the hostess and couldn’t do anything for me, but would get a manager over. He came over and had the same attitude and even mentioned to me that everyone would be dancing anyway why did I need seats. The music as horrible so there was definitely not a single place in that place dancing. I had a different hostess come over after named Solange who not only seated us elsewhere to accommodate my party of 11, but was the absolute best the entire night!! She is the only reason I had a good time there. Food was amazing & decor for pics lovely. Drinks to me were overpriced. They did offer to cut my cake for me at no charge that I brought in. However, I doubt I would dine there again.

When booking the reservation, they don’t tell you that even if you are eating food, you won’t get an actual table. Three people were supposed to eat full meals on a table not even two feet wide. So much noise, aside from the talking. And staff give patrons dirty looks. Never again.

It’s such an ideal spot for gatherings, and what I really liked is that, although you do have to reserve with a card, they don’t charge you per person like at other rooftop bars. The food is tasty, the drinks are good, the service is top notch, and the ambiance is really dope. The floral hallway is great for taking pictures and it’s just overall a really nice experience.

It can't be beat for atmosphere, they did everything right in that department. The view is amazing, the indoor and outdoor areas are both perfectly put together, and the drama of walking into PHD Terrace is totally great. The alcohol is priced quite high even for a high end party destination so this is where you go to flex your wallet, but budget-minded folks will be a little mind-blown by paying 6X the regular price for a bottle of champagne. The bartender didn't know how to make a French 75, so going outside of the basic drink menu is a dodgy proposition. The food is minimal in two ways: there are only a few options and the portions are all very small. I really liked what we ate, but I'm no stranger to Open Table reviews and portion size is going to make some diners crazy. Our service was fine but since we were obviously not going to blow a few grand that night they were a little slower. No shade, she definitely knew there was more money elsewhere, but if we were in a hurry it would have been a bit of a headache. Again, you come to PHD for the atmosphere, the food and drink is accompanying that atmosphere and if you're cool with that, you've got the right attitude for a fun night here.

The food & drinks were absolutely delicious. Just beware the appetizers portions are very small, but the food was outstanding. I highly recommend the drink called “Wet Dreams.” It was a beautiful rooftop, the flower tunnel is great for photos! I would definitely come back!

A let down to say the least. I passed by this place for so long and thought celebrating an anniversary with my fiancé would be perfect. I reserved a table outside and when I arrived, they told me there was a couple finishing up to pay and that my table would be ready. I asked how long and the hostess couldn’t give me a response so I ended up having to wait 20 minutes didnt get the table I reserved. As my fiancé arrived, they told him they had a “no shorts” policy, which is ridiculous and completely unmentioned on the website or social. His shorts were expensive dress shorts with designer shoes meanwhile I saw a man walk in with teared up jeans? Completely ruined our anniversary. So we went to the taco place next door and had much better service and an experience. Don’t let the facade of a high end rooftop fool you, the experience is nothing like you see on social media.

It was a chilled vibe exactly what I wanted for my 29th birthday . Our waitress was very attentive and sweet . I totally forgot her name but she’s blonde with glasses super sweet . And the food was delicious. Drinks were good too . It’s not as pricey as you think because why drink so much at a place where it’s chilled vibes ! View amazing 😍

We made reservations to sit at a table they set us at the bar/ mini tables. We wanted to sit & eat not sit by people who is trying to party & get DRUNK… it was a mess I’m over it

The place did not allow minors. It should be more clearly stated while making the reservation. Staff and Manager were really helpful anyway.

Received really bad service. We were treated like lower class and I don’t know why. I’m very wealthy and I had to literally tell my server that I tip way above average to get decent service because I was sick of not getting service. And even though my night was ruined because of our other service that made us feel like crap I tipped our new server very well. Discrimination is not necessary.
