   The food and service was OUTSTANDING. The band on a Friday night was awesome. My Fiance said if he lived in Maryland, he would be at Phase 10 every weekend.

   Excellent food with charming service made for a great experience. We will definitely be back and have added Phaze 10 to our list of restaurants to take out-of-town visitors.

   Was not all that happy with the service I received the waiter came to me about 30 to 40 minutes after I have been there sit down at the table with me say to me I know you been here for a while didn't come back on a regular basis and check on me didn't know the menu too well I have been to Phaze 10 on several occasions and have had better service than that day when you first open up the service was excellent it appears the service is going down I hope management will look into this and take the necessary steps to improve on this thank you. I hope the management will look into a new menu. One last thing I like to say with my service was there she kept addressing me as a young man I didn't particularly like for her to say that to me I am a grown man I am old enough to be her father I think she should address address me as Sir and not young man.

   Our first time visit-A group of cousins met up to dine, laugh and enjoy each others company outside of the many funerals we have been experiencing; our special request was a good waiter...This was the best time yet of our group get together. The food was awesome; the waitress made us laugh (laughter is the best medecine) and accomdated any request without hestitation. We will definitely revisit again!

   The Burger had the juice squeezed out of it. Also don't expect to have it medium done. They cooked mine well done. No information that was the only cooking degree.

   It was a nice place we went for brunch and the food was good, except for the chicken it tasted bland. The waiter was very friendly and the drinks were good.

   The service was horrible! Our request to speak with a manager was ignored. Our food took over an hour to come out . However the atmosphere was really nice but I would never return.

   Phaze 10 is a nice spot. Loved the live music and the ambiance. Nice juke joint jazz bar. The service was a bit slow. Could have been just my server or maybe its just the norm, I don't know. It was my first time there. For a spot that is a little pricey on food an drink it definitely should have more attentive service especially if your charging a premium on food. Our server was polite but lacked attentiveness. Despite that I still would recommend it for a night out. This review is being written from a former server so it's an informed view.

   Me and my Cousins had a great time. Food was great and so was the service and the people. The only thing that threw me off when i was waiting for my party to arrive the cheif came out the kitchen and was very loud and told the hostess not to sit anybody else and that was a bit unprofessional infront of customers. She apologized for it. I was not offended but in the future somebody else might be. But other then that i loved it and will be back again soon.

    I made reservations here for my birthday brunch for a group of 10. I liked how the inside looked, very nice. Staff was friendly. I ordered a mimosa...no champagne. My friend wanted chicken and waffles...no waffles. The cornbread was very good and complimentary. I ordered a white sangria...delicious! I ended up ordering the chicken and biscuits...the chicken was very delicious and moist but the biscuit was so dry it was in crumbles. 3 of us ordered that and everyone said the same thing. 2 of my friends ordered the Eastern Shore omelet which was described to come with Asiago cheese, they has sliced yellow cheese inside and their potatoes were cold. The chef came out, after I'm assuming the waitress heard us complaints about the food amongst ourselves. We told him about the food. He apologized and offered to remake any dishes free of charge. We declined not wanting to wait any longer. He ended up giving us all 2 rounds of free drinks.
