Our waitress was great but I just remember the food being so much better. We were disappointed to say the least. The lo mein tasted like fake ramen noodles with a seasoning packet and the veggie spring rolls were most definitely frozen.

The host was HORRIBLE and her attitude was NASTY. Businesses lose customers all the time from the way they are treated at the receptionist desk.

Our service was extremely slow. We ordered drinks, the appetizer came before the drinks. We complained about the bartender being slow, the waiter told us she was backed up but we had direct view of her and she was talking with another employee the whole time. Our waiter took so long to bring us our food that another waiter noticed and grabbed our plates and brought them to us because he didn’t want our food to get cold.

Service was slow and food was not brought to everyone at the same time. Two people didn’t even get their soup until after their meal was delivered and they asked for it. Water was spilled in front of our table and never cleaned up. Server appeared not to have been trained at all.

We are regulars here. Great menu, all freshly prepared, served hot. All chicken entrees are very tasty and paired with the combo fried rice make for a very satisfying meal.

Had a 6:00 reservation through Open, don’t get seated until 7:00 even after repeatedly approaching hostess stand letting them know we had a 2 yo with us. Manager wouldn’t even speak to me until we were seated. I’m told that their system doesn’t work well with Open so not to use your service for a reservation smh.

We had Reservations for 8:45 had to wait 1 hour was texted at 9:42 and told I had 2 minutes to get to front desk and then texted again 2 minutes later and told table was released the worst service I ever had at restaurant in my life the manager and general manager need to be fired the way they run the place is disgusting. The #1 spot for the worst restaurant in the Woodland,TX.
