Food was fresh and very delicious. Presentation was beautiful. Well worth the extra wait for the food and the higher cost. Cocktails were good too. Would go back.

Food and service was not on point this visit. Lettuce wrap chicken was extremely salty. Service was slow. It appeared to be one server when we were seated. As more guest arrived, still on server with multiple tables.

The service was horrible. Our server took 15 min before she greeted us. The food took about 45 min to get to us and it was greasy and small portions.

PF Changs is exactly what one would expect for a middle of the road Chinese restaurant. Nothing too exotic...generous helpings... decent service... and fair prices First time I booked through open table and even though there were people ahead of they honored the reservation right on time.

Have dined at several P.F. Chang restaurants numerous times. Delicious food and good service. This restaurant is consistent in its food quality and taste, with attentive service. Lettuce wraps are a must as an appetizer. Meat and seafood dishes are excellent. House Cabernet was good with excellent value for a 9 ounce serving. Although this is not considered traditional Chinese food, I highly recommend the restaurant for Chinese-like flavorful dishes.

Food was great. Server was told there was a peanut allergy and served us an item that had peanuts in it and did not tell us until after she put it on the table. We also told the hostess and specified in the open table reservation that it was a birthday. There was nothing done for the birthday person.

We were seated by the door in the 1st booth and it was freezing. The seats were cold as well. Took a while for someone to wait on us. We moved to the corner both same side and cold as well. The plates were cold which didn’t bode well for the food temperature. Our server changed twice during our visit and their were communication issues.

Waiter was great for first part of meal then he disappeared . Had to ask to have table cleared. asked for desert menu twice and had to wait over 20 minutes for him to return to take desert order. Food was average at best compared to the quality that this chain used to provide. We wont be back soon

The food and drink menus were disgustingly filthy (all four that we had anyway). Food spills on all of them. My wine glass was so dirty the waitress returned it for a new one. Manager came over took the menus and returned with clean ones. Too late, we already knew what we wanted to order off the dirty ones. I will not return to this P.F. Chang’s.

Came is for NYE. Had a reservation and we were able to wait at the bar. Bar service friendly and efficient. Cider served in a tall, cold glass. After being seated next to a large group that continuously flashed their cameras is our faces we ordered appetizers and mains. Wontons tasted quite fishy. Soup very bland. Chicken and beef stir fry portions were very small and lacking flavor. My veggies were literally raw. The meat was very over done. Panda is better, I’m sure I f it. Chocolate cake was amazing. We tried sharing a pear mojito but apple schnapps and limon rum do not equate to Asian Pear flavor. Great server. Probably won’t be back for a while.

I was disappointed in the vegan options here, thought they would be better. I think they are fairly priced for what you get- the ambience is very nice, drinks were good. I think they need to up their game on vegan options since their claim to fame is made to order-- they had no options to make Lo Mein without oyster sauce which is very surprising.

It was pretty crowded due to a coupon day but because we had a reservation, they seated us right away. The cacktail my husband ordered took for about 20 min to bring; came at the same time with our soup but our waiter was aware of the situation and explaining and apologizing so we were fine. Overall our waiter took care of us very well. We had a great dinner!

The food runner was actually our server, as the waiter only took our order and ignored us. The runner was great. She brought everything, checked on us, and packed up the leftovers at the end of the meal. The waiter seemed to have an opinion that we were invisible, and it took quite a few tries to get our check. We still left a really good tip and hope he shared it with the runner. She is a gem.

Food was okay, if a bit salty. Too bad there are no lunch time meals available on weekends.

The restaurant was more than half-empty, probably because the mall across the parking lot is being torn down. We figured the attitude of the staff was due to the lack of patrons and perhaps the imminent closure of this branch.

We used to come here every year for our holiday meal, but will go elsewhere after this.

I was at PF Chang’s in Woodland Hills Saturday and had a bad experience with the receptionist. When we arrived at our reservation time, we were told there would be a wait for our table. About 20 minutes later they seated us at a table in front of the door. Every time the door opened we got a blast of cold air. I asked if we could move two tables over, it was open and set for 4 people (we were three people). She said she was saving the table to combine for a party of eight. Needless to say, there was no party of eight that came while we were there. we told her the situation and she talked to the receptionist and we were moved.

Bottom line, the receptionist is the first person that the customer meets. They should try to be accommodating and not go out of their way to be unaccommodating (making up stories that make no sense). The tables all around us were seated shortly before us and had not been served dinner. It would have been a long wait to make a table of eight. She clearly could have moved us. Kudos to the waitress who took control of the situation. She salvaged the evening.

Had a party of 9 for Happy Hour & dinner. Chicken lettuce wraps are always excellent. The tempora green beans were very greasy & unappetizing and the tempura cauliflower was retched. Served in a spicy sweet sauce. The california rolls & other dishes were good. Our server, Aaron, was efficient, personable, and handled all 9 of us easily. The only difficulty was the Manager, Brian. When I spoke with him a couple of days in advance of the reservation date, he refused to honor my Open Table reservation for the Round Table of 8 (with the rotating center wheel). This is the ONLY round table of 8 in the entire restaurant. Brian quoted "Corporate Policy" as a reason for not honoring my reservation. However, the day before the dinner I went there in person and spoke with Sierra (Brian wasn't there), who very nicely assured me we would have that table & even had a small table added to it in case we had 11 instead of 8. Now, that's customer service!

We were 15 minutes late and they had already given our reservation away but then pretended they did not. Hostess said we would get next available table and then proceeded for the next 15 minutes to give tables to others in waiting area. The normal wait was 20-25 minutes. We went to the bar. Hostess was also rude to our daughter who checked in for us.

Food was good as always service was awful and waiter had an attitude. Didn’t bring dishes, brought dinner at the same time as appetizers and was rude when we sent it back until we finished appetizer. Waited twenty minutes for a pot of tea. Manager was called twice and did take a couple things off the bill.
