   Service was horrible we spoke with someone about this when we were there. And was not very busy for a Saturday night …

   made a reservation for 2 (business lunch) - hostess sat 1st guest in the restaurant, 2nd guest in bar... Odd there is no tracking of tables for guests? It took 15min before we both realized we were in opposite ends of the restaurant on same reservation - maddening.

   Portions are not very large but very flavorful. Dining at 7 and they were out of many dishes from what was already a limited selection.

   We went to PF Changs for Valentines Day. Food was great but they had split up tables and it was extremely cramped. The tables were so small that we couldn’t fit the entrees that we had ordered. It felt more like summer camp than a romantic night out. The service was also poor with not enough servers working. When our food was served they forgot the utensils and didn’t bring them until after the food was cooled down. Not a great experience.

   Attempted to reserve a table for 6:30, but had to settle for 6 pm. The facility was never full, at least 30% of the tables were not in use. When we were seated we were asked to sit 6 inches away from another couple at the high table section in the lounge. Two seats were available two tables away that we convinced staff to seat us at. Nobody came to use our original table. I am not sure this is a fault of the app or poor table management, but we certainly should have been able to book a table for 6:30. Also service was very rushed

   Service was terrible. Our food came out 15 mins apart so we all ate at different times. Not until we said something did they step it up but even then when asked about dessert, took another 15 mins. By the time it arrived, we were ready to leave.

   We had gone to PFChang’s for New Year 2024 and we had a delightful server, a lovely table and great food. Apparently you can’t duplicate an experience. This year on New Year’s Eve, we had a bland server, an unremarkable table and still great food.

   I don't get the hype. Wonderful staff, however. Food was tasty enough. But i just don't get the hype.

    I usually come here for the hot and sour soup. It was off on this particular visit for which I'm leaving this review.
