P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept founded on making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. Created in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, P.F. Chang’s is the first multi-unit restaurant concept in the U.S. to honour and celebrate the 2,000-year-old tradition of wok cooking as the center of the guest experience. Since inception, P.F. Our server was awesome but he was also the bartender with several other tables. When he was with he was attentive and pleasant and we did tip him as he was working his butt off. but what should have been an hour - 2 hour meal turned into 3 hours. We went for their famous Orange Chicken but they’ve changed the recipe to Citrus Chili - big disappointment. The noodle side were very oily, like puddle oily in the dish. Will say that the sushi was awesome, and the banana dessert made up for everything else. Between the lack of service and the main dishes, we won’t be going back.

made a reservation for 2 (business lunch) - hostess sat 1st guest in the restaurant, 2nd guest in bar... Odd there is no tracking of tables for guests? It took 15min before we both realized we were in opposite ends of the restaurant on same reservation - maddening.

We went to PF Changs for Valentines Day. Food was great but they had split up tables and it was extremely cramped. The tables were so small that we couldn’t fit the entrees that we had ordered. It felt more like summer camp than a romantic night out. The service was also poor with not enough servers working. When our food was served they forgot the utensils and didn’t bring them until after the food was cooled down. Not a great experience.

Attempted to reserve a table for 6:30, but had to settle for 6 pm. The facility was never full, at least 30% of the tables were not in use. When we were seated we were asked to sit 6 inches away from another couple at the high table section in the lounge. Two seats were available two tables away that we convinced staff to seat us at. Nobody came to use our original table. I am not sure this is a fault of the app or poor table management, but we certainly should have been able to book a table for 6:30. Also service was very rushed
