I don't know if due to the simple fact of being Latinos the host did not attend us in the friendliest way, saying that she did not even bring us the menus to the table, something that we could observe with everyone, as for the waiter he was nice.

Horrible service at the beginning! We were seated and after 20min, no one had taken our order, brought out any water. Once we got a waiter, he tried to make things better, but it was all down hill - lukewarm coffee and lukewarm food! First time back to a P.F. Chang in almost 15yrs, and certainly, the last. Chain appears to have gone backwards in quality and service.

P.F. Chang is a beautiful dinning restaurant. My favorite is the patio. Great view to enjoy the food. All the meals are shareable and delicious. I’m looking forward to more dining.

Waited over 30 minutes despite having a reservation. They didn’t bring the appetizer until after the main course, and made a big deal about taking it off the bill when we said we no longer wanted it. (And they didn’t bring it)

The food and server were amazing. Spence was our server. The hostess was not good. A reservation should get you seated almost immediately not 20+ minutes later when the hostess has forgotten you are there.

When we arrived, the hostess did not see our reservation and proceeded to tell me that their system did not communicate with Open Table and next time I should call. Really, it’s my responsibility to make sure their technology is working? None of the staff seemed very happy to be there. We had to ask for silverware and despite our waitress walking by us several times it took too long for her to acknowledge us. Then, she held our dessert in her hand and stood at another table talking with those patrons while holding it! What? Probably will not go back unless they pay me to do so.

The restaurant hadn’t received our Open Table reservation. Luckily we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. The restaurant was short staffed, which is expected these days. Service was a little slow and our appetizer came out after our meal. I think I got a different wine than I ordered. The quality of food was good, and very tasty. Our server was friendly but everything was slow.

Wow! This is the second time we tried to eat here. We made a reservation, had the reservation confirmed and showed up to a note on the door saying they had carside and carry out only! When we asked at the front they said that they have only very sporadically been open for dine in. We asked if we could do carry out. They stared at us blankly and asked if we knew what we wanted. We asked for a menu. There were 6 of us - they gave us one menu. They mumbled something about reservations should have been blocked and everyone notified. I pulled up the confirmation text on my phone. They really weren't interested. We drove our food the 30 minutes home and ate lukewarm food from plastic containers. Not really what we had anticipated for our Sunday family dinner. Not sure what the problem is, as every other restaurant was bustling. Must be some underlying problem within the organization. We won't be trying this place again. (The last time we were walk ins as a party of 6, they told us they couldn't seat us and that carry out would be over 2 hours ... there was one table seated at the time in this HUGE dining area and no one seemed to be in a hurry to do anything. We went to a bustling Texas Roadhouse and had a nice meal.) This restaurant clearly has a problem.

Well, I wouldn’t know. We showed up for lunch and they were closed. I didn’t receive an email or anything. I will NEVER go to a PF Changs again. There was 8 in our group, trying to find somewhere else to eat was a big challenge-being that it was graduation weekend. I sent PF an email but have yet to hear from them, most unprofessional. I realize everyone is short staffed but this was ridiculous. They had my email and phone number. Not cool

I love the PF Chang chain but this was my first experience in WDM location. They are clearly struggling with staffing in this location. Service was awful and manager was not only unhelpful but borderline confrontational. I would avoid this place.

Salad had no dressing offered me spicy mayo Short ribs were tough and not cut. Gave us discount but felt it was Bc we said something 3times Bathroom smelled awful Did a great job in social distancing and server always wore new gloves The appetizers were great but disappointed in entrees.

Floor of the restaurant was sticky....seemed not to have properly cleaned in a long time. Atmosphere was clearly subdued as folks are trying to understand appropriate behavior as we exit Covid-19

Waiter was very pleasant but constantly interrupting our table conversation. Overly attentive. He meant well. Music was very loud & asked that it be turned down. It was, thankfully. While waiting for our food a party of several & a disruptive child as sat down behind us. It was not a pleasant experience. The food was mediocre at best.

Arrived early for reservation. After a brief wait we were seated. Service was friendly. I was surprised how fresh everything was. Delicious but not cheap. I had the sea bass and my wife the beef & broccoli. Large portions of well prepared food. We will go again.

Saturday 10/26 reservation at 6:45. We were very rushed. Server pushed for our order before we even had water. Drinks came and hardly had a chance to relax and enjoy our drink and the appetizers arrived. We had just started our appetizers and our entree arrived. Needless to say it sat there while we rushed through our appetizer. The entree had cooled off significantly by the time we were ready to eat. The food is good but the service and rushing through our meal was NOT ideal. The service staff needs some training on the timing to serve the different meal courses. Some people want a relaxing meal and not be rushed.

We returned for dinner after a while as its quite but of the drive from Ankeny to Jordan creek, however as always, the place continues to leave up to the standards, with great tasting food and excellent cocktails. Highly recommended place for a delightful dining and great exp.

Great service but shortly after we ate appetizers I became ill. The crab Rangoon tasted a little off but we ate it anyway. It’ll be awhile before I go back.

They were out of alcohol to make three different drinks that we ordered. My wife waited 30 minutes for a drink until I went to the bar to get it. We ordered mongolian potstickers for an appetizer and they were out of them. The service was extremely slow. We go there once a year in July with 12 to 15 people when we are in town for the car show and we won’t go back next year.
