P.F. Chang's - The Waterfront
Kung Pao Chicken
Service was fantastic and went above and beyond. The food was very good and there was a nice selection on the menu. Seating is always very comfortable. The only thing I would like to see is a more relaxing music that is not so loud. I believe restaurants are for socializing and it is always difficult to do so when the music is too high energy and/or too loud.
Other than that, I highly recommend this restaurant for Asian cuisine that is exceptionally pleasing in every way.
Our server, Jordan was very knowledgeable and attentive. Cocktails were very good. The lettuce wraps never disappoint. Our meals were huge, hot and very tasty. Everything was delivered in a timely manner. My only real issue was that the restaurant was very slow at the time and there were tables available in every corner, yet the hostess sat us at a table closest to the restroom entrance.
The restaurant had one waiter for 10 tables at 3:30. He took forever to get my wine, and service was slow. We like going early to eat because we live 45 minutes away.
Excellent dinner with friends after the Van Gogh experience. Food was amazing!!
Food was delicious, but the service was a little slow.
The food was not as good as another PFCheng location I’ve been too. Overall it was fine. Clean place but the food was not good.
It was as ok .. food was just ok .. not much flavor ur wow factor..
The lobster dumplings to die for!!!!
PF Chang’s had an opening and their fried rice is really good. The family wanted to hang out “rare occasion” so parking was good and the time slot was perfect. The staff was attentive and had some recommendations we order 3 courses (appetizer, main meals and dessert) I order the duck which is longer prep and cook dish but everything came out on time together which was pretty efficient. The cost was in my budget with drinks and the atmosphere was nice!
Food is always outstanding, not to forget the delicious cocktails.
Food was ok, nothing extraordinary. We did show up early for our reservation and by the time we were seated it was our time anyway. Service was spotty, the server was nice enough but kind of absent minded and not knowledgeable about the dishes or menu. Very good location. Drinks tasted a bit watered down. We have eaten at another PF Chang location (Schaumburg, Ill) regularly and we always liked it.
Keep the lobster dumplings!!! Outrageously good, as was the eggplant.
Our experience was really good with the exception that they did not have brown rice for 20 min after our food was delivered. They did try to make up foe it with noodles. Won’t hold it against them though.
The service was very slow. It was like we were forgotten about and others that came after us were serviced first. Some others around us experienced the slow service too.
Great wait staff and food.
Great service and great food. Very happy with how the tables are spaced out
It’s was great service and glad to had gotten reservations ahead of time it was pretty busy being the day before Valentine’s Day
Just a horrible experience from the start.... empty restaurant so I should have known it would be horrible. That is when you always get the worst service. Food took forever, soup was cold, pad Thai had no flavor and the waitress was no where to be found. It literally took 1 hour and 55 minutes for a lunch for 4 people. The manager made up for it with free donuts for dessert..... wow magically everything was solved and perfect due to the donuts, LOL. Won’t go back here for a long while.
There was a hair in our food. We had no refills throughout the meal and were very thirsty.
Great time and food tasty as ever. Great for family meal.
This PF Changs hits the spot. Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, great waiters. I have tried PF Changes in California and New Jersey, and Phoenix locations are absolutely the best!
Highly recommend!! Get the lettuce wraps and the eggplant!
All great as always
We don't live near a PF Chang's but love the food so took advantage of being near one while traveling. The food is consistently great, especially the chicken lettuce wraps.
Wonderful location and ambiance for Happy Hour! We had 4 large appetizers and 2 glasses of wine for only $42 including a 20% tip. Ruben did a great job for us. Highly recommend for any meal as food is delicious. We had the lettuce wraps, shrimp dumplings, crab wontons, and pork egg rolls. Customers were a bit spars at 5 pm but picked up by 6 pm. Strongly suggest happy hour menu be added to website as some folks seemed surprised it was available. We will be back soon!
The food tasted fine, however, the menu needs to be revamped. Descriptions are not complete. We each got dishes that are not typically fried, that was not noted in description, and they were both fried. We have never seen fried Kung pao. And my shrimp dish had no veggies. We try to do healthy.
The food was amazing as usual, however, the service was awful. Our table was close to the bar, and we ordered a Bottle of wine. Our wine was just sitting at the bar for 20 minutes before the server brought it over to us. Our server was not in a good mood and acted as though it was an obligation to serve any of her tables. She complained to us that the hostesses don’t know what they are doing and over seating all the tables. As a customer that’s not something I need to know. Very unprofessional. The food was great though!
Manager was the worst we left and did not eat there
Unfortunately this was a complete disappointment, from our appetizers, our pork potstickers came out cold. To our dinner that was just terrible, orange chicken was gummy and watery, shrimp with lobster sauce has very little sauce which was also watery and majority filled with water chestnuts and lacking flavoring and mushy shrimp. Everyone in my party had developed ingestion. No management even visible on the floor even though they only had two tables. Overall a complete waste of money, one of my worst dining experiences.

Had a reservation thru OPEN TABLE... Said they did not have the APP so we had to wait for our table for a good 20minutes!!!
New menu is excellent!!
Windows boarded up as a result of looting/rioting. I thought it would have been fixed by then.
It’s almost too long to go into, but let’s just say I got charged the wrong amount on my bill. The chicken dish I ordered did not specify it was fried on the menu, whereas two items down it did specify fried on another dish. The waiter did not bring anything to the table for set-up (like silverware and napkins) and we had to ask for water, soy sauce. My sister ordered the expensive duck breast entrée and it was not cooked properly, was brown and “dry” all the way through, where it should be cooked to pink in the middle, and she didn’t eat it all. She had to request the plum sauce that was supposed to come with it. It was just a negative experience all the way around. I will say my other sister loved her ribs, but I tasted them and they were way too sweet for me.
We had a group of 8 with a 2 year old and two 12 year olds. The food was good. We didn't wait long to be served. Our waiter checked on us often. Great place for a large party or a small group.
Thank you for sharing! We'll be sure to share this with our team! We hope to see you again soon!
New menu is a downgrade from the old one. Not sure that anything good has come out of the re-launch/re-branding...
Service was great, atmosphere was nice. Good was very good.
Making a reservation is recommended. Excellent food and wonderful service!
Food was fantastic! It’s very hard for me to eat out because of dietary restrictions, but the gluten-free menu and accommodations were beyond exceptional. Reasonably priced. Server was a bit too talkative. She talked nonstop a mile a minute; half of the time she would say what she was going to be doing next and then did it 5 steps afterwards. Other then the strange server, everything was great!
Our meals were innovative, delicious and plentiful. Had a grand time celebrating my B-day!
