   Everything was very greasy. The dumplings were burnt. The waiter was nice, but not efficient. He kept making extra trips to the kitchen.

   This place just isn’t the same. The restaurant was empty but service was extremely slow. We were there 1.5 hrs before we got our food and when it arrived it was cold.

   My family and I have always enjoyed this restaurant. However, the experience was not very good this time. The young man we had was not very attentive as a waiter! I guess this could have been the lack of experience handling more tables than he should have had. We asked for the manager to voice our concerns. Then asked her to please send us another waiter which she did. He was very good. We could see that he was more experienced than the other waiter we previously had. After the previous waiter overheard our issues, as we talked to the manager about our concerns he had the audacity to discuss his feelings with the table in front of us! Yes! We could hear him. I was tempted to call the manager to let her know about the situation. I thank God I am a Christian because I would have confronted him. I took the HIGH ROAD with CLASS. On another note, the menu has changed and the entrée I ordered wasn't the best! I guess I will not be going to PF Chang's NO time in the near future.

   When we got to PF Changs they said they had no reservation for us. Even after I showed them my Open Table confirmation they could not find our reservation. It was not busy at all but we still had to wait over ten minutes to be shown to a table. I’m guessing they were understaffed because while our waitress was polite, once we got our food and ate it was over 30 minutes before she ever came back to check on us so we could ask for boxes and check.

   Our first time to this location. It'd been several years (>4yrs) since eating at any of their restaurants and we recalled it being much quieter and dimmer inside. More cosie from a romantic standpoint. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

    Went for a birthday celebration with a large group. The server herself was great, but the food took a very long time and two meals were brought out over 30 minutes before all the others. The food itself was not impressive and fairly pricey. Would not go back again, would rather order Chinese and bring it home

    Our Waitress was great. Only thing was that they did not see my reservation on Open Table. They prefer you to use their website. Still the manager was very accommodating. This one is not as pretty as the one in Newport News but the atmosphere, service and music is always good!

    First - couldn’t find reservation and said it was because we used a third party (open table) and the host rolled his eyes. Then we had to wait. Sat 15 minutes after reservation when they decided where to put us. Took about 10 minutes for a server and other 20 to get the 1 glass of wine and 45 minutes for the food ( salmon and the beef with broccoli). Food was amazing though. Salmon could use more flavour but all together the food was delicious. We only saw our server 2 times.

    We ordered the vegetable spring roll as an appetizer, and it was cut into quarters. I've seen spring onions thicker than this spring roll. The pieces weren't too much thicker than the chopsticks they provided to pick the pieces up from the plate and sadly that isn't an exaggeration. To make matters worse they were served on a bed of puffed rice noodles that were very stale, and I'm pretty sure had we eaten our napkins instead they would have had more flavor than those puffed rice noodles. This is the first time in many, many years we've had anything this bad at this P.F. Chang's. The only saving grace was that the shrimp Lo Mein main course was really good.

    Took a friend there to celebrate their Birthday. Everything was great, wonderful service. The food was amazing, the Dragon roll was out of this world. The Sorento Peppers were really good as well. We all had a amazing time, very much recommended.

    The food was good. They are obviously dealing with a staff shortage. Our server was ok, but the service was extremely slow. We were in there for a very long time. We also had to return a couple plates that looked dirty.

    Had not been since COVID. Food quality has declined to nothing more than any other Chinese restaurant. Of the four items we ordered the shrimp dumplings were the only item we enjoyed. The custom sauce the wait staff would make table side no longer offered and waiter didn’t know what we were talking about when we asked. Lettuce wraps were a bit bland. Sesame chicken tasted more like orange chicken with some sesame seeds on top. This is a dish we have eaten many times before so we know it was different. Very disappointing.

    We always love going to P.F. Chang's. The food is fresh and super yummy, and there are a lot of choices for vegetarians. They don't just have a couple of boring bland meatless dishes--everything is absolutely delicious! Our server was very friendly and attentive. Even though it was busy on Father's Day, the area of the restaurant is so large, we didn't feel packed in or unsafe at all. Love this restaurant!

    I had to make a last minute modification and add 3 more people to my party. Granted it was a Saturday night I felt it was not going to happen but once I got in and asked they totally accommodated my needs and even let me sit early! The staff working do a great job and the food *especially their chocolate souffle* was so good

    Great service, great location and the food is so much better than the NN location. Had the string beans, wontons, glass noodles and short rib fried rice. Had an issue with the item we ordered but the manager came and fixed it, it was a simple mistake. Overall so good :)

    I made reservations and had to wait 40 mins. I watched people walk up and get a table before me. I complained and finally was seated after asking for the manager.

    Made reservation via Open Table. We did arrive a few minutes late but as we arrived they couldn’t pull up our reservations. It seemed like the Host and Hostess did not know how to work Open Table on their end. They told us we would have to wait for a table and that they were at a 45 minute wait but would try to seat us as soon as possible. That was pretty frustrating to hear but they ended up seating us after 10 minutes. PF Changs has always had really good asian fusion dishes. All the dishes we ordered were delicious. Drinks were good. No complaints on food. Service was alright. Server was not very attentive or personable. She left our drinks empty and took forever to come to the table to give us our check. My only recommendation would be to improve customer service from the host desk to the servers.

    We usually love PF Chang’s for its consistently good food, but this time we were slightly disappointed. Perhaps it was just an off night, but the items we always get and love because of their exceptional flavor were off this time. This experience will not deter us from future visits, but it did cause me to have to rate the experience as marginal.

    Food and service are always good at PF Chang's. Only problem was that they didn't have a record of my confirmed OpenTable reservation. Only when I showed them my confirmation were they able to accommodate us. The explanation I got was that they were having trouble with "the system." Not sure if they meant theirs or OT's.
