    Overall, our food was mediocre. My husband ordered the short ribs, which was the most expensive item on the menu, and they were burnt. I told him to have the waiter take them back and bring a new plate of ribs, but he did not want to make a fuss, so he ate them, but they looked charcoal black and they were very small. I ordered the shrimp pad thai, which was edible. The service was so so. We had this particular server previously, and she was not a good server, and I told my husband that were getting the same server, and of course the service was blah like the previous time. It seems like their food and service has gone downhill, and I am not sure if we will be going back.

    We enjoy coming here for lunch on a regular basis and always sit at the bar where we enjoy consistently delicious Asian food served promptly and professionally by Rich, an excellent and experienced bartender with the highest of standards.

    PF Changs has lost its luster. I used to eat at the original in La Jolla CA and haven’t been to one I years and wow was it just meh! Super disappointed.

    Our go to restaurant for Asian. Quality of food is consistently very good, exceeded only by the consistently outstanding service and professionalism that are the hallmarks of Rich the bartender!

    The ambience, food and service were very good. Not many people though, maybe due to Covid? One of the entrees, sea bass, was not good at all, and for the price I would definitely not order it again.

    Our server was great and food ok for a being at the end of the night. But the lettuce for the lettuce wraps were sooo small that we barely was able to but the chicken in them. Also we ordered wonton soup and didn’t get the string crackers for them. And then one of the people cleaning up tables just threw a nasty wet rag over our head to another table. Then came around to clean it and just made so much noise as if he was just mad with the world. We were celebrating a birthday and no mention was made.

    We haven't eaten here in a long time so we were surprised at how much the quality of the food has gone down. It was a Sunday evening and the frying oil was clearly old and rancid. Anything that was fried tasted of old oil. The sodas tasted like plain club soda with no flavor at all. It was surprising because our memories of this particular PF Chang's are of tasty fresh food.

    The hostess were so rude and did greet me or my family. The table they sat us at was dirty and I had to ask for a clean up. They only had 3 different type of beverage available, (which were one plain lemonade, water and one soda. The food was not good at all ugh! I will never in life go back to P.F Changs at Tysons Corner!!

    The food and service from the waitress was fine. The concern was the check in process and more specifically the dismissive and demeaning behavior of the manager on duty. I will follow up with a more detailed letter. Extremely poor performance by the manager which included not acknowledging the open table reservation.

    Our server was friendly and attentive. He wore a face mask which made our dining experience suitable. However, I was appalled when expressing my concerns to manager that employees are not forced to wear masks. At least half the staff were not wearing face masks. The manager said the employees are not required to wear masks and are said to be vaccinated but no proof of vaccination is provided. We remained masked, except when we rapidly ate. The music was loud and harsh. Unpleasant dining experience!!!

    They did not have reservation in their system upon arrival so had to wait for a table, Manager was helpful and apologetic. Service was awful, food brought out of order and very slow.

    The hostess called me at 5pm and cancelled the 6:15pm reservation I made and she asked to reschedule it to 7:30, citing a problem with the Open Table app. When I walked by at 6:45pm the restaurant was half empty. We walked in at 7pm and asked if we could be seated and inquired why my 6:15pm was cancelled. The hostess had no explanation. The food quality has dropped considerably. Not the same restaurant it once was.

    It was mainly the service and not the waiter. It is the front desk check in person. She never smiled never said welcome and just like she did not want to be there and did not us to be there. When we sat down our bench was broken. She sat two other parties before she moved us.
