They have excellent staff here. Everyone was nice. A cicada flew in my sons food and he cried. However, the server was nice and quickly moved us inside and away from the giant bugs. His remake came out fast. Nice clean restaurant, not too loud and the food was delicious. I will return.

We were at the Galleria and decided to eat at PF Chang’s which we had not done as a family in a long while. We ordered apps entrees and the kids ordered dessert. The lobster dumplings in miso sauce were the best app and the lettuce wraps are always solid. Shrimp, chicken, beef and sea bass entrees all prepared to standard and enjoyed by all as we shared and ate family -style. Chocolate Lava cake was also a hit.

Glad we ate in as the staff were great and the food came out quickly- great experience all around.

Horribly slow service. Spilled a drink all over the table and didn’t even completely clean up. Took 20 minutes to get the check. Mentioned is was our sons birthday 4 times but server didn’t acknowledge. Food was fine. But when your dining room is that empty and you’re paying these prices there should not have been service issues. We won’t return. Honestly.

After not having been to this restaurant in a while, I went for dinner. Food was just eh, it was same as the food court food. Fire and Ice bread pudding thing for desert was pretty awful despite the fancy fire. Reservation and seating time was delayed a lot longer than should have been. Walk around the mall we will text you - 30 mins later. Food and dessert took forever. It was just a meh experience. Not hating, but this really isn’t the PF Changs like it was back in the day.

Seating was fine for social distancing at the tables. We were seated at a high top bar table and it was slightly uncomfortable to have another table so close (had some anxiety over that). It was also extremely crowded in the waiting area and did not make for appropriate social distancing at all. Not sure I’ll go back until the pandemic is over. They really need to work on the waiting area and takes area before I’m ready to revisit.

Seating for reservation time was delayed 15 minutes which negates whole objective of confirmed reservation time for minimizing waiting area COVID contact.
Very poor COVID protocols in place, large collection of people waiting for takeout and to be seated.
No evidence of restaurant spending a dollar on any panels or anything between booths or bar seats like other quality restaurants do.
Consider this an unnecessary COVID risk

Partner has a shellfish allergy. She ordered the Chang’s spicy chicken and the new recipe has oyster sauce in it and here we are four days later and she’s still dealing with side effects.

The menu does not state any where that there is shellfish in it all which is highly disappointing.

Remi was the absolute best server we could ever ask for.

Still 5/5; Remi made the difference ☀️✌🏽

Crab Wonton were very crispy and dark brown compared to other times that I have eaten at other PF Chang restaurants. Didn't really enjoy that -but the honey chicken was excellent! The wine was excellent, as well.

We made a reservation for 1:15 on Open Table, but it showed up in the restaurant’s system as 1:45, so we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated with 4 children under six and 2 hungry mommas. Once we were seated, the food service was incredibly slow; we waited another 30-40 minutes after ordering to get our food. Additionally, my wife’s Pad Thai was very spicy (not expected). To their credit, the host was attentive and friendly and our waiter was nice. He even removed a couple of drinks from our bill. I used to love P.F. Chang’s, but this experience was very disappointing.

Located in Galleria II of Tyson's Corner. Parking is very spacious. Staff is all very friendly and willing to help you. They misplaced my mom's birthday cake for a hot second, but they were always checking in to make sure we were good, a little slow but we were also a big party. Food was good, portion size is good for about 1-2 people but if you order multiples you can share it with others. Very kid friendly and family oriented but also a great date night spot if you'd like a table alone with your significant other. The bell pepper on the food menu indicating spice level was pretty accurate. Wouldn't say anything is SUPER spicy since it's more of an Asian-American fusion place. Pricing isn't too bad as well, reasonable but not overly expensive. Not a big dessert option selection, but many fun drinks with the bar.

I really like this location of P.F. Chang's. The Mai Tai is so good. I really like the fried green beans, yummy. The fried rice is made to order which many probably don't know. I tell them exactly what I want in it and they are always accommodating. My husband always gets the Mongolian beef. It always reminds me of a Chu Chu. My niece really likes the egg drop soup. I highly recommend the rewards system.

One of our favorite goto's! P.F.C. is always very good, consistent, and flavorful. Staff tend to be mostly above average, friendly, and helpful. Managers have always been attentive and quickly resolve issues of any kind should there be any.

The last two visits were just as good as always, but seemed just a bit lacking in service with regards to wait times/forgetful for some non-food requests, i.e., utensils/plateware/water/check. Granted our last visit was a Saturday, but sometimes it seems that there are just not enough servers, so they can't always be blamed...

Food was not great at this location. The lettue warps hardly had any chicken and had way too many water chestnuts. The sauce for the lettue wraps didn’t taste the same.
The fried rice didn’t have much flavor and was mushy.

Food tasted good, portions are small. Server was kind, but gone for long periods of time and difficult to flag down when we needed something. The biggest disappointment was when I ordered some Lo Mein noodles with the veggies on the side. Our server finally brought out the veggies (halfway through the meal) and it was plate full of raw bean sprouts, onions, and carrots. I assumed the veggies would come out sauteed at the very least. Since we were practically done eating, we never bothered sending it back. Overall, I'd give it another chance but still on the fence about recommending this place.

There were some disappointments:
* I would think by having a reservation for a large group, the table would have already been set up when we arrived. That was not the case. They had to put the tables together with us there. (One would think a reservation would mean your table is ready when you arrive.)
* As a result, there were no utensils, glasses, plates on the table. We had to ask for each one as food arrived (could we have another plate, oh she does not have utensils, can we have water at the table?)
* Hot tea was not hot.
* The time between putting the drink order in and the waiter coming back to get the food order took a bit too long. Then when we asked if we could put the appetizer and food order at once he asked if it could be separate - fine.
* Two people ordered appetizers as their entree.... it was obvious that they were to be entrees given that our appetizers had already been ordered and had arrived and these were ordered when the waiter was taking the entree orders.... yet these arrived before everyone's food. (Waiter did recognize this mistake.)
* The table was not cleared before dessert was served. Again, we were a large table with lots of food (soup, appetizers, meals) and all the dirty dishes just sat there.

The issue? The waiter was to have a helper yet there was no helper. In the past, when we have gone to PF Chang's with a large group, two people help the table - and we learned one. It is too much for one person when he/she has other tables as well.

The waiter himself was fine just too much for him to do. Shame on the manager for not stepping up and helping - I certainly saw him going around and chatting with other tables to make sure everything was okay. He needs to take responsibility for the issues our table faced. He should have planned better... and there were plenty of people working (and the place was crowded).

The food was fairly good, but the service was terrible. Dinner for four on a Sunday evening took 1:45 minutes: the appetizers came out, but part of the order sat on another table for about ten minutes; the waiter failed to bring soup bowls, then failed to bring plates; the waiter lost our dinner order, so we had to reorder 45 minutes into our dinner; we had to ask the manager to comp part of our meal; and there was never an apology from our waiter and the manager. My family and I aren't coming back here anytime soon.
