Usually my experience is good but today was really bad. Our server Ees that is the name on the receipt I never new his name. I had my kids with us he didn’t offer to bring the kids drinks. He was an order taker took our order and never came back I had to ask for the check and a box for the food we had to take home with us. I order water at first but I wanted to get a lemonade but I couldn’t since he wasn’t available to take care of us.

Definitely a recommended restaurant. The food and service were outstanding. The only negative thing is the ladies room stalls needed cleaning and restocking. Overall my experience was great😃

Unfortunately left much to be desired. Food service is quick once the table had a waiter. Sat in the apparent up for grabs section and not one wait staff stopped to ask if we needed anything. I had to request someone to send over a server. Downhill from there unfortunately. The waitress would be the only redeeming person I could acknowledge.

We have moved from the area and decided to have dinner at Changs as a treat while visiting the Tysons area. We were so disappointed with the food. The egg rolls were pre-sliced and served with a dipping sauce. We no longer had the option to just have Chinese mustard or mix our own sauce. We then ordered the steamed pork dumplings which was served with a non flavor dark watery sauce. The taste of the pork dumplings was bad and the sauce did not help. My favorite has always been Changs Spicy Chicken because it was white meat, not breaded with the correct dry seasoning and delicious sauce. What we received were breaded bites that no longer had that awesome flavor. When questioned, the waiter said that the chicken is lightly dredged- it was breaded with an ample covering. Not good. Lastly we ordered chicken lo mein. The noodles and vegetables were good (chunks of celery) but the chicken tasted like it was precooked and frozen, then thawed. No freshness or flavor. Will not return.

It had been years since we dined here. The lighting has changed to be more stark. The windows to the outdoor lost their tint and are way too bright. The calamari used to be finer and have a salt/pepper dip and is now thick and rubbery with a creamy dip. The Mongolian beef was still tasty. The honey chicken was good but not what it was. Glad we went back but don't think we will be going again any time soon.

Overall, the food was quite good - dumplings followed by beef and broccoli- and our server was friendly. I like this PF Chang’s location at the Tysons II mall better than others because of the ambiance and it is never too crowded.

Food was dry and staff was not as friendly as other PF Chang restaurants I have been to. The old fashion cocktail was really good! I don’t think I will visit this particular restaurant any more.

I put in the reservation and advised it was my birthday.the gentleman that waited on us didn't acknowledge it even though the birthday bags sat at the end of the table. Didn't ask if we wanted any dessert just brought us the check. I had kung pao chicken and it was hardly any chicken. Not a very good experience after having not been there since Covid-19 outbreak.

Not the best experience. We have been going to P.F. Chang’s since it made its debut in the DC area. It was a reliable staple of excellent food and service. I think that the focus on quality is not where it used to be. Unfortunately, it is in the shadow of where it used to be. Nice place, but quality is just going down.

Our server was excellent and that made the experience a 5 star but unfortunately the classic dishes have changed they do not taste good, most of the items are fried and the quantities are smaller. But the service from the hostess to our server was 5 stars!! We have been going since it opened in Tyson’s and the food has been up and down over the years it was delicious two years ago and now it’s declined. Hope it can be fixed.

I hadn’t been to PF Changs in over five years, they have definitely upped their service and food. I was quite impressed all around and look forward to going there again. Highly recommend others to try it.

The only issue was it took 30 minutes to get my bottled beer that I ordered. The other 2 in my party winter martini’s came out timely…we all ordered our drinks at the same time. The apps came out a while before my beer! I had to inquire about it twice. Otherwise service was good.
