I am very disappointed and disgusted with the service and restaurant team especially with the hostess. We had a big group I had a reservation and the stupid hostess gave away our table to someone else who came in way later then we did!!!!!! 😡 The general manager did not comp half of the bill at all because they messed up big time. Overall experience is a 2 out of 10. I have had better 😈😡

We have been dining at P.F. Change at Tysons Corner for years. We always enjoy our meal and enjoy taking our family there too. We will continue to look forward to dining there in the future.

I met my husband on a Friday for my birthday lunch since I really P.F. Changs. Did not need a reservation after all, it was not busy. Service was just okay, nothing special. Waiter seemed to be busy even though he had only a few tables, and did not offer to make the special sauce that they make at the table. After waiter brought out our food, he never came back to offer refills on our drinks, never asked if we wanted anything else or check on us till we were done. I was bummed because there wasn't much sauce or anything but Shrimp in my favorite dish- orange peel shrimp.
Both of us felt the portions were smaller. Honey chicken was very doughy, my orange peel shrimp, had no orange peel, sauce, or anything but shrimp and too many scallions. Maybe a few veggies added or offered as a side option would be nice. Food was kind of boring. I did enjoy the hot and sour cup of soup.

Overall, it was not the good experience I was used to having there. I don't think I will go back since there are so many good authentic Chinese restaurants in our area.

It was sweltering hot, the food was not good at all. The only good things we ate were the Mongolian beef, but it was a little dry, and the appetizer of bang bang shrimp and the lettuce wraps.

I like this P.F. Chang's. I was bummed that they took out most of the booths. I love the fried rice and they will customize it for you since they make it fresh each time. I love the fried green beans too. The drinks are always good. I love the Mai Tai. My husband really enjoyed the pepper chicken. He usually gets the Mongolian Beef. One reason why we go to this location is we like Krisjohn. He is always so nice and makes great recommendations. We always ask for him.

The host by the name of Edwin dismissed Opentable and said that no one uses it. He said he couldn't find our reservation (but later, the manager could). This guy is not fit to work there. Mongolian Beef dish has the consistency of beef jerky. Had to send it back. Timing for food was off. We waited very long time for our soup. Then the appetizer came less than 5 minutes later then the entree in less than 10 minutes afterwards. We were forced to eat everything all at once. Very disappointing. I lost my appetite after the remade entree arrived as it also took a while.

We waited for over five minutes to get seated in a restaurant with six customers. The manager refused to check me in on open table because she did not want a negative review. I asked her twice to check me in on my reservation and she politely told me the computer was down. My waitress was great, just did not like being looked over by the bartender, othwho never moved to get anyone or assist us, he just watched us wait for five minutes. Not what I expected from this chain.

Not going there again at lunch time. I made a reservation and they put me at a table with no napkins or silverware. We waited 40 min for them to take our order. Then, the waiter dissapeared for a while and never brought us the napkins and silverware when we requested it. We ended up getting it ourselves from a table that was set up and reserved. The service was so slow that we spent nearly 2 hours at the restaurant. What a joke. Lunch time should be much faster.

The front host act like they didn't see us standing there. They were busy fooling with something else. Another host said ya'll need to help the customer and do that later.
