We made a reservation for 1:15 on Open Table, but it showed up in the restaurant’s system as 1:45, so we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated with 4 children under six and 2 hungry mommas. Once we were seated, the food service was incredibly slow; we waited another 30-40 minutes after ordering to get our food. Additionally, my wife’s Pad Thai was very spicy (not expected). To their credit, the host was attentive and friendly and our waiter was nice. He even removed a couple of drinks from our bill. I used to love P.F. Chang’s, but this experience was very disappointing.

Service was mediocre and the food matched. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the food, the response was basically “oh...”. And nothing more. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return.

I always enjoy the food and service. Unfortunately, the server we had was not very attentive. We had to look for him when we needed something, and he was very slow bringing what we requested.

Located in Galleria II of Tyson's Corner. Parking is very spacious. Staff is all very friendly and willing to help you. They misplaced my mom's birthday cake for a hot second, but they were always checking in to make sure we were good, a little slow but we were also a big party. Food was good, portion size is good for about 1-2 people but if you order multiples you can share it with others. Very kid friendly and family oriented but also a great date night spot if you'd like a table alone with your significant other. The bell pepper on the food menu indicating spice level was pretty accurate. Wouldn't say anything is SUPER spicy since it's more of an Asian-American fusion place. Pricing isn't too bad as well, reasonable but not overly expensive. Not a big dessert option selection, but many fun drinks with the bar.

Sad the lettuce for the chicken wraps was warm and wilted. Sushi was a little stale.

I really like this location of P.F. Chang's. The Mai Tai is so good. I really like the fried green beans, yummy. The fried rice is made to order which many probably don't know. I tell them exactly what I want in it and they are always accommodating. My husband always gets the Mongolian beef. It always reminds me of a Chu Chu. My niece really likes the egg drop soup. I highly recommend the rewards system.

One of our favorite goto's! P.F.C. is always very good, consistent, and flavorful. Staff tend to be mostly above average, friendly, and helpful. Managers have always been attentive and quickly resolve issues of any kind should there be any.

The last two visits were just as good as always, but seemed just a bit lacking in service with regards to wait times/forgetful for some non-food requests, i.e., utensils/plateware/water/check. Granted our last visit was a Saturday, but sometimes it seems that there are just not enough servers, so they can't always be blamed...

Food was not great at this location. The lettue warps hardly had any chicken and had way too many water chestnuts. The sauce for the lettue wraps didn’t taste the same.
The fried rice didn’t have much flavor and was mushy.

Food tasted good, portions are small. Server was kind, but gone for long periods of time and difficult to flag down when we needed something. The biggest disappointment was when I ordered some Lo Mein noodles with the veggies on the side. Our server finally brought out the veggies (halfway through the meal) and it was plate full of raw bean sprouts, onions, and carrots. I assumed the veggies would come out sauteed at the very least. Since we were practically done eating, we never bothered sending it back. Overall, I'd give it another chance but still on the fence about recommending this place.

There were some disappointments:
* I would think by having a reservation for a large group, the table would have already been set up when we arrived. That was not the case. They had to put the tables together with us there. (One would think a reservation would mean your table is ready when you arrive.)
* As a result, there were no utensils, glasses, plates on the table. We had to ask for each one as food arrived (could we have another plate, oh she does not have utensils, can we have water at the table?)
* Hot tea was not hot.
* The time between putting the drink order in and the waiter coming back to get the food order took a bit too long. Then when we asked if we could put the appetizer and food order at once he asked if it could be separate - fine.
* Two people ordered appetizers as their entree.... it was obvious that they were to be entrees given that our appetizers had already been ordered and had arrived and these were ordered when the waiter was taking the entree orders.... yet these arrived before everyone's food. (Waiter did recognize this mistake.)
* The table was not cleared before dessert was served. Again, we were a large table with lots of food (soup, appetizers, meals) and all the dirty dishes just sat there.

The issue? The waiter was to have a helper yet there was no helper. In the past, when we have gone to PF Chang's with a large group, two people help the table - and we learned one. It is too much for one person when he/she has other tables as well.

The waiter himself was fine just too much for him to do. Shame on the manager for not stepping up and helping - I certainly saw him going around and chatting with other tables to make sure everything was okay. He needs to take responsibility for the issues our table faced. He should have planned better... and there were plenty of people working (and the place was crowded).

The food was fairly good, but the service was terrible. Dinner for four on a Sunday evening took 1:45 minutes: the appetizers came out, but part of the order sat on another table for about ten minutes; the waiter failed to bring soup bowls, then failed to bring plates; the waiter lost our dinner order, so we had to reorder 45 minutes into our dinner; we had to ask the manager to comp part of our meal; and there was never an apology from our waiter and the manager. My family and I aren't coming back here anytime soon.

We went for my husbands birthday. We were seated immediately at 4pm. Our server came over and took out orders because we knew exactly what we wanted. A starter plus two entrees. How long does it take for two egg rolls to come out? I’ll tell you ... 34 minutes. The entrees... 47 minutes. Ugh. Enough said. I was hoping it would be a better experience especially since it was to celebrate my husbands birthday. They definitely fell short.

Horrible experience! This restaurant really seems to be going down hill. We made a reservation for 5:30, showed up at 5:25 and were seated promptly. The restaurant appeared to be less than half full. It took 20 minutes for the server to come over (5:45), after we were passed by several other servers (while we sat there with no drinks, not even water). It took another 30 minutes to get water and our cocktails (we never got one of the drinks). We noticed other tables that got seated after us, finishing their meals and some were leaving, while we had not even ordered yet. Our food (partially) arrived exactly an hour after we were seated. My husband ordered appetizers as his entree, however, those came out first, while the rest of us waited another 30 minutes for the rest of the food. The food was the only positive part of the experience. When we complained to the server about the delay, he stated that the "kitchen was backed up." This was hard to believe, given that the restaurant was only about half full.
We noticed several people waiting for tables, despite several being empty. There was absolutely no teamwork here. The manager on duty appeared to run around like a chicken without a head, and the servers followed suit. They all walked past out table with dirty dishes piled up. Out waiter, although polite and seemed like a nice young man, didn't seem to know the basics of waiting a table and was gone missing most of the time. We noticed other patrons complaining about the lack of drinks/food/service. Yet amid all the chaos, the manager found time to sit down at an empty table to interview an applicant! Most of the servers looked angry and at one point the hostess was actually running through the restaurant to clean a dirty table, while there were several empty clean tables and servers standing around twiddling their thumbs.

(Of note the new decor is too bright and take away the intimate atmosphere the old restaurant had, to include low lights and softer music.)

Horrible service. Horrible food. Dirty. No toilet paper. I used to love PF Chang’s and would go often. It has declined. We waited 20 minutes before we even spoke to a waiter or got water. My beef was over cooked and chewy. The table next to us wasn’t bused for 40 minutes. They did not bring our appetizer. I won’t go back.

We got there are 6.40 and we were seated. We did not get out of the restaurant until 9. They came to our table twice with wrong orders that belonged to other tables. I ordered a salad and asked for the crispy rice to be on the side. The order came covered in Crispy rice. My sister ordered a dish with brown rice. The brown rice was so dry she hardly ate it. My sister usually cleans her plate. I had ordered to go for my husband. I mentioned nothing about the service we had. I asked him how was the food. He said... the rice is kinda dry. He did not eat the food. It was white rice. When our appetizer came we had no utensils. We ate with the teaspoon that they had given us to stir our coffee. About 1 hour and 15 minutes into our being there a manager came by to ask how we like the lettuce wrap which was our appetizer. I mentioned that we had no utensils and that we had asked for water which we never received. Our waiter came back to our table and apologized at that point. The folks at the table on our right and left were also complaining about the poor service. The surprising this is the restaurant was not even crowded and there were lots of waiters going around. The environment just seemed very chaotic and disorganized. I had been to P.F. Chang's multiple times in the past and the food was always great no matter how crowded it was. I was truly shocked at how much the level of service and the quality of the food had dropped. I will never return to that location.

We enjoyed the delicious spring roll appetizer, the perfectly cooked glazed salmon with Asian vegetables and brown rice and the scrumptious sesame seed chicken dinner. We took kung pao chicken home for the next day dinner. The meal size was large enough for five meals. The service was wonderful. We highly recommend the P. F. Chang’s at Tyson’s Corner, VA.

WTF happened tonight? We had a 6:45pm reservation and it was an absolute nightmare. First, there was a horde of people at the host stand upon arrival - all seemingly angry and confused by what was playing out in front of them. There was only one host who was bouncing from host stand to seating people to troubleshooting in the kitchen. The dining room was over half empty with the majority of open tables not yet bussed. Was there a massive number of sick calls tonight? When we were eventually taken to our table, right as we were being seated another angry guest walked up to our host and said, "we've been waiting nearly 40 minutes and no one has even come to our table yet." We took that as our final sign that P.F. Chang's would not be in the cards for us tonight. Red flag after red flag led us to leave the restaurant and head to a nearby competitor, which certainly seemed to have its act together. What happened?!?

We arrived early to check in for a 6:30 reservation. They did not seat us until after 7:00. This was only after we complained to the manager. They seated 2 similarly sized parties before us despite the fact we arrived first. Then we were told the others that arrived after us, but was seated first; had an earlier reservation than us. But if that was the case, they were late and still seated first. Then the table they directed us to was totally unacceptable. We decided to go to the Cheesecake Factory instead. They were very accommodating and were able to seat our party without a reservation with less hassle than PF Chang’s with a reservation. We won’t be back.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had! The restaurant was filthy, tables and trays piled high with dirty dishes and garbage. Waited for 20 minutes for anyone to approach our table. Had to ask three times for silverware and napkins — finally had to seek out a manager as the food had arrived and we still had no utensils. When they were finally brought we were given dirty napkins and plates which had to be exchanged twice before we had something we could eat with and on. Years ago the food used to be really good but now it is no better than your local take-out place. I cannot understand how they stay in business.

It took multiple attempts to get a waiter, and even the hostess didn't seemed interested in us not even having water after 20+ minutes. (This was after we had a reservation but she wanted us to sit in the bar because all other tables were dirty. No one seemed to be cleaning them, including the 3 hostesses just chilling at the podium.) It was crowded, but not insanely busy; we were sat where there was a handful of open tables. The manager actually waited on us after we flagged him down. We eventually had a waiter when the food came (60 minutes into is sitting down), but then he gave us the bill without any discount. The manager did subtract 25% when we brought it to his attention, as he was planning on a discount, but the waiter printed the check too quickly (the only timely thing that night). Without the manager, we would have gone anywhere else in Tyson's galleria that night. I like PF Chang's, but that soured it.

They have recently changed the whole ambiance of the restaurant. Where the lighting used to be low and ambiance very cozy, is now brightly lit and loud with lots of families, kids, etc...
Food was okay at best. Ordered the Spicy Orange Chicken. Description said it was made with fresh orange slices, came out with canned mandarin oranges and very thick gloppy sauce. Husband ordered something that barely had any sauce at all. Not impressed.

I met with a friend for a late lunch, so it was rather quiet. The server was kind, made good recommendations, and visited the table at just the right time with the right frequency.

The waiter was fabulous. The hostess was not so friendly and probably forgot to mark off that I had kept the reservation. I received a note that I did not show up.
