PF Changs has always been a favorite! Over the years it’s maintained that expectation. Always a pleasure to spend time with family and friends where we feel like we are appreciated.

I had Pad Thai and my wife had beef with broccoli. Both of us had gastric distress soon after. We will not be going back.

Our order was messed multiple times. Ordered 3 appetizers and none arrived at the same time, about ten minutes between first and second. Third we had to ask for... twice. Our entrees were wrong rhe first time, second time we were still missing one. A very frustrating experience since we went for a birthday celebration.

Terrible fast food, with cheap substituted ingredients faking it as an up market restaurant. Kung Pao Prawns were small heavily battered shrimp made to look larger, they were not prawns. No onion, no bell pepper, substituted with cheap celery. Really a disaster. Shrimp dumplings were filled with a heavily processed shrimp mush, no texture of shrimps. Avoid.

Had the Wagu Steak and Salt and Pepper Prawns with steamed pork dumplings to start. What happened with the “sharing” of meals? Four slices of the Wagu Steak and the Prawns looked extremely small and withered. Hard to judge the taste as the dishes were too smothered with sauces. Such a disappointment from a place I’ve loved since the early 2000’s

This is one of our favorite restaurants for many reasons. The food and drink menus are extensive. Everything is yummy. Wait staff is attentive and I love that we can make reservations through OpenTable. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. My husband and I bring our adult daughters here for a special evening out. Lunch with co-workers is always good too.

Our ticket was incorrect. We were charged for an entree that wasn’t ordered. However the staff did remove the charge when I questioned it. Food was ok.

We truly enjoyed PF Chang's for dinner before we went to see a show at Tulsa PAC. We requested a table that was accessible for our elderly parents that have mobility issues and tend to get cold if seated under a vent or close to the door-especially when it's cold outside. They totally accommodated our request and made sure to ask when we were seated. Our server was very attentive and patient with our decision making on what to order. We started with 4 appetizers which were all amazing and came out quickly. Our entrees were delicious as well and again timely. We made it in and out in an hour and had plenty of time to get downtown to the show. Highly recommend PF Chang's for an amazing meal- they never disappoint.
