We did find a paper wrapper in our food, but they were nice enough to comp the dish. Our food took very long to get and they came out at different times, but they also gave us another free dish to make up for this. They also gave us a free dessert, so at least they were accommodating for this mess.

Sometimes adheres to distance rules but not really; has entire half of dining room available to distance and decides not to use it. Some servers are good while others are completely poor. Equipment broken on my visit screwing up order. No disability parking!!!!!!!!!!!!! two spaces are marked with zero space for a wheel chair or walker then makes the disable person walk across traffic - so don't go here if disabled.

Great meal from start to finish. The food is always delicious but the server, Gabby, is certainly one of the top servers in all of Tucson, if not the USA. She is warm, friendly, helpful, and knows what to recommend. We'll go back simply to have Gabby provide us with a wonderful dining experience.

The service and food was overall great. My server was kind and would recommend stuff which I appreciated since it was our first time there. I did not appreciate how I came at my reserved time and was seated last. People who came after me where seated first.

I ordered the calamari appetizer, very good. Entrees of Ginger Chicken and Lo Mein were not outstanding. I was disappointed that table service was a napkin and a fork. Chopsticks or a knife and spoon would have been helpful. Pouring sauces made a mess. No one bothered to clean it up between courses. P. F. Changs is still worth consideration.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday on Friday. We loved our food. The chicken fried rice was delicious and huge. The chicken Asian Caesar salad was yummy. Such tasty and tender chicken. Eddie was our server and he was awesome. Dining on the patio seemed a great choice, as well.

Our server, Gabby, was horrible. No customer service at all. Was not comfortable with my requesting GF meal and appetizer and seemed frustrated when she had to "get me another menu for GF options". Never came to offer dessert or to check on us during the meal and then came by to drop off the check - no conversation. She truly needs some training in customer service. After spending $100+ it was not an enjoyable relaxing evening. We won't return. During this time, we don't eat out very often and would like a pleasant dining experience - this was not.

We enjoyed happy hour specials and ordered carry out to take home. In house happy hours items were great. We also loved the Sangria. Our takeout order was not correct, maybe we got someone else’s order. I recommend checking the bag before leaving the restaurant.

The waitress did a great job of helping us but the mugs were not very clean with some red ink on it. We guess that the staff must be in some kind of shortage in the kitchen. We understood it. The food was good but the best was the service. We made a mistake of ordering a vegetable dish without too much flavor, but we think that it was our own mistake. Overall, it was a good experience for my guest to dine there for the first time. The outdoor area could also use a little improvement in the cleanness of the floor.

Waitress was excellent, food was very good. My only problem here is when you try to just get a seat in the restaurant. That is always a problem. This time I was there at 5 pm, and there were very few people in the restaurant sitting and eating. However, there were 12 different people (yes I counted because I was so annoyed) from 4 different parties just standing there waiting to be seated. No one was there to check anyone in/seat anyone. Finally two girls come up, with no apology. The one starts to walk away and I think she is showing me to my table, instead she just goes and disappears back to the kitchen. I have been here many times with a reservation and it's always like I never had a reservation. I still have to wait and wait and wait. I don't even know why I go here. Food is good, but the check in process flat sucks every single time.

We’ve been a fan of this restaurant for years so we were very upset during our last visit. We were surprised to see a large party (8-10?) enter the restaurant without masks. The children were certainly old enough to wear masks but to see the example adults were setting was disturbing. Other patrons were observing the request to wear masks, so why was this group allowed to be seated. The hostesses should not have to police the situation, but the manager should have been notified. We will not be returning as long as CDC guidelines are in place for dining establishments. So sad.

This was our first visit since the pandemic started. We were pleased that the table seating was properly distant and that all employees were wearing masks. Additionally, the food was just as delicious as we remembered and the portions were decent as well. Finally, our server, Amanda, was superb throughout our meal.

The new corporate owners of P.F. Chang's will ultimately cause its downfall with decreased service, a whittled-down menu and less flexibility.

I would like to thank PF Changs for ruining my husbands birthday! 😡 Of all the places we could have gone to.....he picked PF Changs. To be made to wait, for an hour to be seated, with a reservation for 5:30!! We were sat at 6:35. We ordered 4 items to only be brought out one at a time! Soup was semi-warm. waited 30 mins and then Chile garlic green beans, were greasy and shriveled, with wooden stems still attached, to the bean. Another 24 mins later Lettuce wraps... 2 lettuce leaves were browning. Kung Pao Chicken, came out way later, All should have been brought out together. I indicated on reservation, that we would like a booth and that it was my husbands birthday. No, booth was reserved. They seated walk-ins in booths, leaving guests who did reservations and also asked for booths to have to be seated at a table, on top of one another at tables! Server did no mention or did acknowledged my husbands birthday! 😡 I asked to speak to the manager, but he declined and refused to come out. Server hardly came to our table and had to be flagged down, for refill. They said, they could only seat every other booth at these HUGE booths. They sat us at the HUGE corner booth, for 8 people, but said we had to sit at the middle. (Due to physical set backs, I could not). Since, I couldn't... they told us we could not be allowed to sit there. But, yet they had 4 person tables, about 2 feet from each other! Peoples backs were 2 feet or less next to each other! But, that was OKAY! And last table is 3.5 feet away from booth! I just had a stroke 2 mos ago. So my anxiety goes up very easy. They pushed every the button. It usually is very good, with the exception hostesses, had NO clue how to check in guests who made reservations on "Open Table". Today, they did. But everything else went immediately to hell in a hand basket. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

We were kind of disappointed, we had booked through open table. People walked in before us and were seated in a booth, we had reservations and they were going to seat us at a table, I said may we have a booth? Which, fortunately, they had available, we were served our lunch and all was fine, we needed boxes and instead of boxing our food as we were accustomed to them doing, they left the boxes on the table, my husband said aren’t they going to box it? I said apparently not. Just because there’s a pandemic, certain services that your guests are accustomed to should not be set aside, and since there were literally 9 tables occupied, it wasn’t like you were slammed and didn’t have time to box the food. Don’t give up on quality customer service. We have supported your business since day one, even ordering to go orders during the early days of the pandemic.

We made reservations for 2 on Father’s Day at the Tucson location. I was very happy to see that the tables and booths were spaced well according to CDC guidelines. We both opted for the pre-fix meal and everything was excellent. My only issue was that I could see into the kitchen area and I could see the staff pull down their masks when they were speaking with each other. Being in the healthcare profession, and the times we are living in, I find that very disturbing.

We had reservations for Fathers Day, but didn’t get a booth, which was too bad since this was also a birthday, and the birthday man loves P.F. Maybe because it was Father’s Day, both the menu and portions were definitely smaller, and the preparation was of much lower quality than usual. It’s really DISAPPOINTING that restaurants, even the good ones like this, seem to skimp on quality and quantity on special days, (although “huge platefuls” are not typically important to us). I’m not sure how much the concurrent and menacing Covid generally plays in all of this, but we have dined here since Covid and have not noticed the same failings.

That all said, the food was certainly still very good and well above average, and the service is always excellent. Birthday man always loves the sweet and sour anything, or beef and pea pods, and we regularly dig into bowls of hot and sour soup, a platter of tempura calamari and vegetables, the oolong bass, salmon, sushi and just anything seafood.

You will like it here. Promise. Although if going there on a holiday will be your first time, know that it’s usually much better than that.

PF Chang's is always a favorite. The shrimp pot stickers and crispy green beans were great appetizers served hot and very flavorful. Our 3 entrees Mongolian Beef, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, and Kung Pau Shrimp were great as always. Great service. Glad to be dining in again.

Food was excellent. Service was a bit slow at times (not horribly) but I think that was due to them getting their operation started after the CV19 lockdown. Friendly servers that worked well together as a team.

I brought a friend who actually never had been to a P.F. Chang's. Needless to say, the subpar food, long wait times for even a water refill and too-busy servers did nothing but convince him to not ever return. I'm sure he couldn't believe how I have eaten at P.F. Chang's - and enjoyed myself - more than once. And because of this below-average experience, I'll be loathe to return myself. The restaurant has lost every bit of its charm and has devolved into a tired, overpriced chain restaurant. Save yourself the bother.
